Celestine profecy movie and Indigo-Crystal business
Dear Indigo-Crystal friends at IS
Today was a very interesting day.I went to cinema with a group of healers and friends to see the Celestine profecy film.
>when the individuals energie exchange (with awareness and counsciouness) creates a generator of higher energie.An experience that i like and regonized since many years ago.That a flow of high energy change our light and cells patterns, we start to see what for others is actualy invisible and slowly we become invisible for many that do not walk in that energy patterns.
I have to say, i was not that happy with the whole story.Well, was actully not filmed in Peru, and its expression of fights between good and bad was quite to much for me.
On the other side, before and after the movie a man was talking to introduce all of us to the Celestine profecy ( a book i never ever did read)
This ad goes away when you register.
Later after the movie he opened a talk show with two healers at the teather
Interesting was to notice how the celestine movement is growing up here, the man that organized the film and this talk show later, brought the movie to the teather, did read the celestine book ones and later organized a website, and now brought the film to country and now organize a community and celestine meditation and healing center.
I did talk with him and the two healers a bit, interesting experience.
His presentation card says: Business manager. For the Celestine CompanyWhat catched my atention is that in order to atract so much people and produce such kind of effect of communicatiion and information and even motivate people to meditate and become aware of reality as it is, this man had really to have a business plan .
NO way!!!, if you want to access the normal humans community is necessary to use a vehicle, that can move itself with freedom and strong into the normal systhem.
From my experience that is a company, that works with a structure of decitions based in spiritual values, and operations based in business management.
What makes a company in modern world get atached to money and power, and to create a structure that use and abuse of employees, environments and culture around, is the management line and concept used, the systhem of accounting that gives economic value to the fields of ecology, culture, inner development & people.
normal companies just make money
But exist also entrepreneurs that creates environments, resources to support spiritual development, cultural development, environmental care, and so on...and those companies can be also succesffull in the normal human market, if approach it with a good managemen t systhem and clear concept & guidelines that support decistions taking.
The company doesnt make the team that run it, but the team decide how to ride the company
I feel that is something indigos might need to learn also, to integrate the experience of being how indigos and crystals are, but as well be able to underdstand how the systhem works and what needs (beyound judgement).
With the goal to be able to use the systhem dynamic to support indigos and crystals needs and projects.
i feel is not necessary always to live out of the systhem, when actually to transform the systhem in a better state of the situation accord indigo crystal values and perception of the time and place is actually what is important.
I suggest always to take care of these three spaces, and i am very sure many indigos do so already by themselves or teams.
With this three stages and teams or aspects of the work i feel will be possible to achieve a sustainble process for future.
A. ability and development within the systhem dynamic by using private self organized and self sustained institutions.Companies or NGOs
B. ability and development outside of the "normal systhem" to develop new technology and communitary living standards that care for people, nature and new "culture=communitary living"
C.ability to generate interface projects or activities that help people still pluged to the old systhem, to access the new systhem.But as well that creates a heathy communication channell between the teams (described in A,B,C here) and also support their interaction with old and new systhems
2012 seems to be a change in which technology will finally not be necessary anymore. In any case if is human base technology better and more reliable. But i found also very interesting and important to understand our past and present (a bit of cultural anthropology) to learn to use technology and not get used by it.
And here comes the idea of the indigo home base again, where the three kind of activities i described above can participate of an international network that works in these three environments (in a private way, could be builded as a company, producing support and care for the three groups of teams A, B, C)
The min idea is tu support diversity, without any need to start judgement, compettion or opposition. TO provide resources, communicationa nd colaboration services is somthing every one will enjoy.
The home base will make sense for me only if is neutral and internally works on a non 3D level, as the real support of its true meaning.
If the home base project can keep itself in that dimention of experience 5D as the state of the management and decistions taking, then will express what naturally is happenning already and support the process as an intrumnt that supports individuasl and teams with their own needs.
The challenge i think is to participate in the world processes, and be what really are. "express and act accord to what really happend already which is invisible for many, at the level of network, communication and colaboration world wide"
