It's one of the few forums I can feel comfortable on. I did come here looking for something - people with similar experiences in life to my own, a little understanding for once, because I was feeling suffocated from not being able to be true to myself. This place started the process of bringing out my true self. It helped overall with a lot of things, especially being more understanding towards others who I unknowingly looked down upon in my life.

Also, I don't really frequent a lot of forums because I'm highly selective. For example, this place I feel puts my mind into a higher gear, gets it working a little harder, and a little more positively. Deviant Art forums which I used to frequent... ugh, have you ever been there? It's so cynical and depressing, definitely puts my mind into a lower gear, so I stopped visiting that place (yuck).

Probably spiritual growth, new friendships, advising and helping other people, exchanging info .... I guess that would be all?

Understanding? Well, nobody really understood me while i was growing up, it's a little too late now. I've grown fond of my way of thinking, untypical character and my unconventional behavior. Don't need anyone's understanding.
