    distance healing

i give my permission for anyone with serious compassionate intent to work on my sciatica, mostly right sided.

and any other aches and pains.

the sciatica comes mostly from my time spent online here at IS in the past year and a half-- sitting at the computer in other words. so it is only fitting to get some help from indigos.

in any event i am seeing a renowned local healer who does massage and gentle manipulations and it seems to be working.

As someone who also experiences sciatica from a bad rear end car accident when I was 21, I empathically know how you feel.

I will include you in some of my reiki healing later this week....you've already been included in some weather healing work with Alex. Just wanting to make sure our rabana stays cozy and open/nimble for your housing situation and so forth to pan out this month.

    Peace and love always.

i have been aware of incoming energy at least twice. continuing to improve. thanks everyone.

what do you mean by weather healing? do i know alex? i was thinking about healing the weather today as yesterday was hot. then today was actually what you might call cool, relatively. in the shade anyway. a nice flippy breeze that almost felt like fall.

thinking about weather healing i was remembering shifting the hurricane and thought of you astara.

finally found a good cafe with air conditioning. my computer should arrive monday.

Oh yes, I was referring to shifting with the hurricane. My mom and brother were down near the Gulf earlier this week and I was working on shifting some of the heavy storms we've been encountering through Texas due to the hurricane alex.

I've been sending healing thoughts to you with the nerve. I'd say my attention is somewhat divided though because my grandmother just went through emergency gallbladder surgery. And I am dealing with a UTI. LOL it's been a little chaotic lately

    Much love always!

the deleted message said , among other things, if you invite any energy you are open to all energy and that is definitely not the case as we all know. i hope that person can learn to manage energy.

    astara-- homeopathic cantharis for UTI.

most of my sciatic pain is now just around the hip joint (like where your back pocket is on a pair of jeans). worse on the right, a little on the left. definitely better, definitely receiving incoming help.

you're too young to have to go thru sciatica astara, my sympathies to you.

No worries, I am too young to be going through a lot of what I go through but age is but a numba and that can go for younger or older. I was gifted with the heart of an accepting child so I could handle the aches and pains of an older woman better. I have a chronic disease that only people over the age of 60 usually develop but to me it just means I was meant to learn the lesson of "you better take care of your body and learn to listen to it" early on so that I can enjoy my old age in comfort. It's always a trade off.

The sciatic pain showed up again in my right hip this weekend, to me it just means there are some sympathy pains that I've taken on because I'm empathically connected to you, dear rabana. The best thing I've found for it is to lay on the floor cross my opposite leg over my body and STRETCH. Stretching with the aid of stairs seems to help work that kink out some too. Nobody should have to deal with an ouchy sciatic nerve, it's our largest nerve, after all, and definitely affects our walking, sleeping, sitting, and so on. I wish you comfort!!! Been sending you warming/healing vibrations to your sciatic nerves so I hope it comes soon. <3
