Its most likely thats whats caused it - I'm going to have another mini-break away from the cello and then re-address the tension issues whilst playing.
It could also be from a bag I carried on that shoulder for a year to and from college.

If it is from either of these then I don't understand is why I haven't been able to heal it (I'm no master but anything small I seem to be able to sort out) - I can get rid of the energy blockages and it gets better but theres something inside (tear/knot) thats causing all the blockages and making it painful to lift my arm straight up against my left ear (which isn't a problem on the other side) - its only painful when I do this - I hadn't noticed it at all until I started doing yoga and realised I was quite out of balance and actually not able to lift it without 'real' pain.

lol-- easing into adulthood, are you, aches and pains? i'm not the energy healer but here's some green light anyway-- zoommmmmm.

try 1 dose of homeo arnica, 200c. a good natural liniment. movements that even out the lopsided nature of playing cello. epsom salts bath. massage. its something you will always have to watch if you make a career in music.

on top of that someone send this girl some healing. lets see what happens...

If you guys are still doing distance healing I would like to ask for some help towards my breathing. I feel toxic/druggie after being dosed up on steroids after a trip to hospital recently with asthma. I was a bit stressed and smoking cigarettes...the shame - I know. Now I need to detox, heal and cleanse, still can't breathe. When I am not so toxic, I do distance healing, I prefer it greatly than one on one and I am very sensitive to receiving it.

Anyone want to try some healing on my dog Bear, he's very sick right now, came on very quick. He's had cancer for about 5 months, lymphoma and has lost all energy. Blood work came back normal, he should feel fine but is rapidly getting worse. He's got a treatment scheduled for tuesday, i'm afraid he won't make it. He's got a strong will, he came back from near death 5 months ago but i don't want him to suffer. The last 5 months have been car rides and long walks everyday. Scary how fast this stuff hits them. I'm surprised at how many asthmatics I've met who are smokers. It seems counterintuitive to your health, yet there must be some benefit. Do you know what it is?

I smoked for awhile when I was younger. Looking back, it seemed to have an isolating, calming effect and it helped me to focus. At least I think so.

Couple of reasons....I know the steroids that I get put on when I am sick make me fly as high as a kite...and cigarettes have an instant grounding effect. Also asthma has all that allergic nature to it. And allergies and addictions seem to be one and the same. On the flip side, the lack of breathing, without steroids can make me feel a little aloof and lethargic, and cigarettes are a stimulant, like coffee.

I don't know. I hear that a lot of asthmatics smoke. I know I rarely disclose to anyone that I have asthma, like I am more ashamed of it as equally as I am ashamed of the smoking, which I also hide, depending on the situation. We must want to shut down, cos it sure as hell doesn't help us breathe. For me it started with the relief of feeling grounded. My mother used to offer me cigarettes as a teenager, in between her taking me to the respiratory ward fortnightly for check ups and I was always on a lot of prescription drugs...so you can see some issues there. And these days its not so much about being grounded - unless I am taking the steroids, but a way of making friends in a new place (smoko at work etc), so fitting in, plus, just a long and old habit linked to a lack of self respect, anger, maternal issues, denial of my illness, grounding by way of denying spirituality and general addiction. All pretty pathetic really.

If you haven't noticed, I am releasing a hell of a lot of issues over here. lol

everyone does.

if you don't mind my saying it, it ridiculous to think smoking is not associated with asthma. also no wellness results from being on lots of medication. there are always lots of people/family issues around asthma.

one of my first clients/students 25 years ago got herself off of 6 asthma medications using the herbs mullein and goldenseal. she also changed her diet and did colon detox. it took her a year. oh and she got a divorce, lol. eventually she changed careers (economist, whatever it is that they do) and went on to become a licensed naturopath.

energy healing is not my primary talent but i'm sending those green healing clouds, an intention to heal if you want to grab on to it, and rosy-salmony pink clouds for general well-being and happiness.

i heal in several ways....

1. i concentrate on the other persons energy focus on what is going on. focus on where the negativity is and then take it out. mostly with pure white light energy.. sometimes with green to.. when i do this i see the negative spot in my visualization in an red/black/grey spot... and then i can do multiple things remove it, ease it, decrease it lightly, i can even stimulate it

2. trough astral, and kind of the same as the first one.

3. this one is more difficult. i bi locate. and ask the person if he feels my presence near him, if he does. i then ask him if he feels a certain pressure or touch.. ( because i touch that person then ) .. if he says the right spot or confirms the spot where i was touching him we are all ready to go. and i perform massages. and like wise steps to number 1 again.

yet, i do need to practice more.. and distant healing is easier than physical/close healing for some reason

oh! also. i have mastered or... uhm i dont really know how to say that.. but i can heal my own body in an instant, if i have an headache i touch my head lightly .. or i think of the pain going away and it goes away... i can also make my own wounds stop bleeding and close faster. and i can achieve an empty mind without mediation ( thinking of nothing )
