It sounds like you have a very special son
My daughter (now 16) is the same way. When she was very small her father was deployed during Desert Storm/Shield. My husband and I had set times during when we would call, but one night around 3 a.m. my daughter crawled into my bed and announced "Mummy, Daddy's calling now" and promptly went back to sleep. Not more than a minute later the phone rang and sure enough, it was my husband.
She's done this sort of thing all her life - still does, and annoys her friends to no end because she preempts them, sometimes answering questions they are ABOUT to ask her. She always announces who it is that is calling when the phone rings AND SHE'S ALWAYS RIGHT. She woke me up in the middle of the night about a month ago and said that her grandmother was in pain, I called my mother, and sure enough, she was having chest pain - an ambulance and quick service saved her life.
Treasure your son! Encourage his talent, it certainly makes life interesting![]()
