We all collapse in thundering silence for our true nature. Breathe and listen! The greatest lessons are revealed to us by simply being. Listening to silence for me started as sort of a therapy.It was pretty scary and intense at first,then it turned out pretty magical.Your heartbeat changes,then you hear yourself more clearly.It's a good time off from daily hustle n bustle,a time to thank and think about me.
Sometimes life kicks you in the nuts,best thing I learnt so far is to scream BLOODY HELL as loud as I can,readjust the jock strap,and walk on.
But tomorrow may rain,so I'll follow the sun
