I thought I'd ask if anyone else has heard or thought along these lines:

Lightworker = People who aren't Indigos but who chose to work for the Light. It's a conscious choice of what to do, a choice made during your lifetime.

Lightbringer = Indigos. Not a conscious choice, born to work for the Light.

Darkworker = person who is working for the "Dark Side". It's a conscious choice of what to do, a choice made during your lifetime.

Darkbringer = sort of Anti-Indigos... They are for the Dark Side what Indigos are for the Light, born to work for their side.

Could this be true? That there are people actively out to undermine our work? Is this something I have made up (as I came up with this when writing this year's NaNoWriMo novel), or did I - somehow - channel it from somewhere? Does anyone know?

Well the thing is, I don't think there is really any "anti-indigos" or at least not of this world you know. I mean maybe there are people who make a choice to be a darkworker, but I really don't think many people consider themselves evil. I'm intrested to see what the others think, I really could be dead wrong.

That's a good point, that the *bringers are the same, just on different sides of the borderline, so to speak. And who knows, maybe they cross over that borderline and are not fixed as "good" or "evil".

For me there is selfless behavior and selfish behavior and both just are behavior. It is all about energy and how one chooses to use energy. use lower vibrating energy which brings on selfish behavior and create a life in lower energy; use higher vibrating energy in selfless behavior and create a life in higher joyous energy. In this manner we are responsible for creating our individual lives as well as cumulative creation of this world. That, of course, is a humble opinion which tends to upset many.

To me this sounds like the idea this world is a battlefield for good and evil. Kahlil Gibran's "The Prophet" puts it better than I can:

And one of the elders of the city said, "Speak to us of Good and Evil."

There's a kind of romanticism with this idea, that we're the good guys, and so powerful that there are evil ones that want to stop us...but the truth is, with every conflict, it turns out you're basically fighting yourself. Remember that old "Star trek" episode, where there was a race of people who's faces were black on the left, and white on the right, and another race with that in reverse? they hated each other..so, you see, dark and light are as entertwined as a DNA double helix..reflections of a whole, not separate. Separation is an illusion. There may be dark reflections of indigos, pulling in the opposite direction, maybe not...but, in the end, we'd be fighting a mirror. We'd be fighting ourselves..just my .02

Kahlil Gibran's "The Prophet" is an excellent book IMO. And short, (For those that shy away from commitment, he he) I found it at my parents house one day and read it in an afternoon.

And that's a good point DragonSeeker, I think many of us have exposed both sides of our nature in various threads on IS. Whether it is light or dark depends on which side we view it from.
