I have had this dream a bit ago about this girl she is no older then 11 or 12 tallish and dark hair and i duno why i feel what i do i jus need to find her...why?

All the dream contained was a bit of speech i cant remember what it said, but also we walked along a fence it was in full colour and senses the only weird thing was on her right arm on her wrist she had this weird implant like sorta a tattoo but it was like wire like under the skin it was only purely decrative... i think =/

I know what you are talking about in a sense Carnage. There are several times when the initial strand of conscience connection begins there are subtle clues as to the where abouts of your new connection. One thing that I have found useful in finding a individual is to place yourself in a Node or Vortex then place your forethoughts in a higher vibration. Focus not so much on the individual as with any precog formation this is only a reflection of their inner avatar, instead bare down on the background settings. The flashes will give you a larger clue as to where the individual is located. Allow the energy to flow freely in through your root chakra then pierce through your third eye, you will know when it is right when your hands and feet begin to tingle.
