haha...sorry i have no vocab for what i am about to say...tried looking around for info but dont know wtf im looking for ?????

a few nights ago...UNDRUGGED ! *brownie salute* i had a bad time of sleeping...as usual..u know how it goes.
anyhoo at about 2am i went into i would say the deep meditative state...just before unconsciousness kicks in....you can still move.
nothing in my mind n laying in bed on my stomach....suddenly WHAM...im in a vision....lying on my passage floor face down...feel floor against my body....my cheek.
then a vicegrip of energy...like labour contractions...while im laying on the floor...starting from my toes lightening up to my middle...thats when the thought hit me..while laying on the floor....im dying !

now i like to think that i am prepared for this moment but that full realisation of leaving for good...
i shat myself...n then i was flooded with a sort of calm n thought...let it happen...
n the vicegrip contraction...as if given permission...continued on up to my mind n then i realised i was above myself...on the floor n knew that i was gone...saw my lifeless face...cheek on floor.

as that happened ...i just opened my eyes...not having been asleep...n as i am getting used to these moments of insanity...i gathered myself immediately n played it over n over so not to lose a moment of it in memory.
but that sqeeeze of energy was unlike anything i have ever heard of or felt before...it was uncomfortable..almost painful but not quite...shocking.
what the hell happened...i still feel the same..no great spiritual change or anything profound....
im thinking pastlife death memory but why my current scene...maybe a demon leaving me..then why did i feel like i died ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?

can anyone shed some light...else i just put it in the file n one day i spose it will birth some meaning..if need be.

i have no idea what it is and sorry this isnt much of a help kinda busy now....

but i do have a hypothesis that it is similar when you go to the toilet? and you know what i mean by this

or something of you trying to leave or being pulled... idk but decided not to so it returns back to you....but it releases few unnecessary energies during the process

yeah thats my only hypothesis other than your past life memory of dying.....

hello isil...oy...dont diminish my lovely dying experience by saying its 'just' :-) jokes...i agree totally...was just hoping someone could explain the physical aspects... the contractions..then the stopping...then the dying..transferred consciousness from bed to floor to hovering over body on floor ?
its that physical sensation was really interesting...i can still feel it now.
not scary at all...now...just curious.
