UFOs in Wikileaks Cables! Confirmed by Julian!

Julian Assange, founder of wikileaks was interviewed (not in person of course) by The Guardian newspaper. Here is one question and answer from the interview:

have there ever been documents forwarded to you which deal with the topic of UFOs or extraterrestrials? Julian Assange:
Many weirdos email us about UFOs or how they discovered that they were the anti-christ whilst talking with their ex-wife at a garden party over a pot-plant. However, as yet they have not satisfied two of our publishing rules.
1) that the documents not be self-authored;
2) that they be original.
However, it is worth noting that in yet-to-be-published parts of the cablegate archive there are indeed references to UFOs.

I'm not all that excited. References to UFOs doesn't necessarily mean aliens. Just Unidentified Flying Objects. If they knew they were alien in origin they would be Identified Flying Objects.

And besides, anyone that thinks about aliens in a logical way should already know they're out there somewhere. The government or whoever coming out and confirming it isn't that big of a deal.

Whether for positive or negative purposes (I think both). If the dude was really just about leaking everything he would of already shown us those files. Obviously there is someone telling him to "wait" for the right time. I am a bit concerned about the files only because through the media, UFO's/et phenomenon can be made to look HOWEVER they wish.

I personally think if he released thousands of leaks at once, many stories would not get the attention they deserve(many stories of the leaks that have been released havent been getting the coverage they deserve), and Julian is going for the maxium impact. One reason the release took so long to start because they cables had to be decrypted which was a long process, and to host them, prepared back up sites, prepare for all the DDOS attact etc is not an easy process. Idk, I wont rule out the that there may be a hidden agenda, but to me this just looks like hes trying to make the biggest impact through all the hype etc.. Regardless, it is highly entertaining (-:

Agreed. Although it might not be a big deal to me or you. it is to most others. It's one thing to confirm that they are out there, it's another to confirm that the government has been concerned, and or/interacting with this phenomenon for a long time. The implications are vast.
