    Eating meat, Vibration and other foods

    Hello, Im new to this society but already feel like a part of it.

    I'd like to ask about meat, and other foods and how it affects ur vibration frequency.

    I do eat meat, and just recently I've started to eat less meat. I hear that pigs meat etc. (mass-produced meats) lowers your vibration because the animals have so poor living conditions.

    I have also stopped taking all sweets and drinking limonades like Coca cola, because I feel much better that way.. I might even get in beach-shape for summer

    But, if the low vibration of meat is because the bad living conditions of the animals, isn't it then "good" to eat game animals and fish?

    Anyways, im sure I will start posting regularly to the forums. *Deja Vu* :0

    Welcome to IS!
    I recently became a vegetarian and am working on giving up refined sugar as well. I definitely feel a difference in my well-being. I do think it's different for each individual and one should listen to what their body needs.

    game animals eat better, excersize more, are happier, and it sproven healthier to eat them and they have less toxins in them too and no excess hormones and such.

    there are many reasons not to eat meat-- moral reasons, spiritual reasons, ecological ones or health reasons. maybe some others. you have to decide where you stand and what level of meat/no meat is for you.

    There are also many many reasons why you should eat meat. We are all different, so make sure you make the right decision by listening to your body. And if you do decide to eat meat, make sure it comes from the right place, it' grass fed etc. It is going to cost more, so you might eat less, but it will better for you. Again, make sure your body stays healthy first. There is no point in being all spiritual and shit while you are depriving your body of what it needs.
