Can you feel your own "energy", "chi" "aura" "lifeforce" call it what you will?

Of all the things of a "Psychic" nature I experience the one thing that is hard to discount as a natural phenomena is being able to feel this energy around me. What's also interesting is being able to touch it with my hand. Now this didn't happen over night, but something the developed over time to a point where I could touch it. A process of about 10 years.

But with a little bit of meditation I can use my thumb and forefinger and pinch it and drag this energy away from my face, like if there is a kind of bubble of energy around my face..lol wierd, and I am not describing it well.... it's also a little on the faint side, but it does work, and it's pretty cool.... actually as I think about it.. it's very like .. have you ever got a load of cobwebs stuck to your hair? and then tried to pull it off and it's a little messy? it's a little like this

I can, inside my own body, aand about an inch outside of it, maybe further if I shape it into a blade... but I cant see it and I can't feel it when I project it upon myself... I had a friend once who could feel my energy and I used her to figure out how to change the energetic signature of my energy. Literally EVERYTHING can be a source of energy, at least in the sense that you can copy and project that energetic signature.

I could never imagine manipulating it into something like a blade... seems at odds with the kind of energy I feel.

Orly? Why? Perhaps it is because my soul has warrior aspects installed into it, but a blade was the first thing, other then claws, that i learned to do with my bio-electric field...energy. Of course, at the time, I was in a consciousness that evil entities existed that would love to hurt me and mine, so, of course, they did. I do not exist in that vibration any more, so my blades are little other then toys.

I was only just beginning to notice the energy at that age lol. Could you describe how it feels like for you or say some more details?

I love this, it's like ecstasy without the horrible adverse health issues.

For me, it's both a slowing down and a speeding up. I slow down, as my massive add energy is turned inward. The energy is almost... cold, but hot? tingles. Static electricity. Oh yea, duh, my element is electricity, so duh it would feel like electricity. Derm. For me, what it really is is awareness. I am... aware, i move the awareness. They say that the energy goes where the attention is... I think it's more interrelated then that... like the attention IS the energy. Now, if I want to change the energy, I give my focus, my awareness, a flavor, a texture. Like fire. And there are many fires to choose from. Like the Primordial Fire. Celestial Fire. Hell Fire. Violet Flame. It's easy, there is no figuring out how to take on the energy of these types of flame. The key is hidden in the word, the concept. It's all there.

Yeah,same here, except maybe randomly at times I can see it.. like seeing a flash of white light and feeling it at the same time..

Actually it was this that I joined this forum in the first place lol... I just wanted to find out about other peoples experiences to compare and contrast and to learn.
