    Question Why am I sensitive/weak around heat/fire

I have always hated the heat/fire (wild ones). I love the cold, rain, wind, winter, frost, and etc. I feel weak and tired around heat/fire, I really don't know why. When I am around the cold, my energy is enhanced. When I'm angry I feel this fire in me, literally. When I am happy, calm, and etc. I feel cool (I do't get cold that easily). I really don't know why this is.

I'm the opposite I dislike winter, cold, rain, and frost it makes me tired and weak. I love being around heat and fire, although I like the wind.

I'm with you Kamara. Have you ever tried manifesting a breeze? It feels good when the air is stifling. Anyway, I don't like cold either. I feel best when it's warm and the sun is shining. I love warming in front of a fire place and looking into the fire.

    thyroid under activity ?

generally the first thing to look at if you have sensitivity to heat or cold is thyroid activity linked also with adrenaline system =) but well can be something else too

What does the thyroid have to do with sensitivity to heat/cold?

thyroid is on the exact location of the throat chakra(11.5/7.5625/7.3hz, lightblue).... overactivity means you havent counterbalanced with its oposite, the sacral chakra(8.5hz orange)... charge up the sacral chakra in order to enjoy warmth/heat

thyroid activity is what regulate body temp, if you are sensitive to cold or heat it can be because your body have trouble to regulate its temp, and there is also an interaction between adrenaline system and thyroidal system, but it give more sensitivity to cold than to heat

if you feel too hot, it mean your body is too cold for example, alchool decrease body temp, and it is why it make you feel hot, when temp decrease, like in water, your body temp decrease too, to sort of save the energy =)

but the whole system is pretty complicated lol can find some more info about that probably =)

there is also a kind of nterference between thyroide function and adrenal system =) i think keeping body temp up is what cost the most energy to the body permanantly, it is quite an important function sensitiivity to cold can be a sort of effect of adrenaline problem =) or tiredness etc but the functionning of both those gland and regulation is quite deep =)

it is working also with vein dilatation or contraction, blood afflux and blood pressure, many things =)

when bear or other animal hibernate during winter, their body temp go down to very low to save energy

You know the saying cold hands warm heart?

Does it work the other way around too? Warm hands cold heart? haha
