IS - Rules/Moderation/Bans - Your thoughts?!

and you say that i have things to hide with LadyE the exact reason that make me really sick of this place, i tried to make a funny thread to tell what happened there in crestone with the little team, the thread has been erased with an infraction, LadyE profile who showed a bit how our relation started has been erased too, so baiscally i have no way to restabilish the truth about what happened at all, and the lies are still here, so well yes, truth is obselete here, what matter is that ppl who pretend to be one with god keep looking superficially enligthened, and the one who don't claim this spirituality are shown as bad guy, it is so typical of bad propaganda of governement or fascism lol cutting the truth to let lies spreading and banning ppl, stalinism much ? lol

what really matter here, that ppl look enligthened and can pretend to be god all day long without being contradicted, or that there is a really a psoitive energy felt among members ?

what is this 'good for the community' that daniel speak about all day ? that ppl can be ego tripping about being god all day long for that he can sell indigo shirts to fill ther ego hole ? not a really a good kind of buisness if you ask me !

hierachy is mostly about intelectual or spiritual limitation, nobody can be smarter than the chief or getting banned/ejected, you define the maximum potential level of spirituality a community can reach by looking at who is figure of authority how rigid they are with this authority, this will define the limit that a community or society can reach, so regarding the kind of things that are valueable of a harrassement or ban on here, it can tell a lot about the maximum level of truth or creativity that can be allowed on here

So you won't be happy until you are not insulting me for my views, there is nothing very loving about a person quick to call another a racist, inbred, alcoholic, ill educated, stupid etc for no good reason, but I put it down to mind decay from lsd use or something and a snobbery with your gifted society, which is plainly and painfully obvious lol.

To get along with me is simple don't insult me and stop thinking your opinion is fact and to respect all views, you have a serious ego problem with your "gift", and you are just this arrogant insensitive person with closed ears.

as for amentihall, he is inconsistant with what he says which makes me wonder, like saying all psychic energy is sexual, then on insisting on this dogmatic apparoach to kundalini and then wanting to associate just about every spiritual thing with it, it just looks ignorant. I can see this happening with a bunch here trying to build up a dogma of kundalini trying to make it a bedrock of IS and for me there shouldn't be anything just accepted because it's trendy or popular of the moment. It should be tested on it's merits, there is no amount of info going to make up for lack of honesty

Even that document LadyArae gave me on kundalini is odd, then comparing the holy spirit to the heart of god and kundalini to the mind and saying they both lead to the same thing is odd, made up kind of thing to compensate for a lack of knowledge on ALL spiritual phenomena, and that's where the kundalini fanatics run into problems is when they see enlightenment or genius type things possible without this process and I mentioned them too like being "In the zone" or "flow", simple meditation can trigger this, or nde, way that don't require energy rising like this. The worst thing is when I hear about this horrible kundalini "symptoms" that cause pain, that just isn't right at all a process that requires this, and even in that document they say pain with kundalini is wrong

Yes I know I upset amentihall and you with the kuindalini thread but this only exposes the insecurity or ego driven attitudes of people

This thread calls for "feedback"--Just want to feedback to those that designed this site that it is the best designed and maintained site that I have been to on the web. Also, those who take the burden and rsponsibility for running this site are doing a great job. You can't please everybody all the time, but the mods are doing a fine job.

You got it. This is a place where people share deeply personal dreams and visions and original ideas. I'm uncomfortable with your policy of owning the copyright on everything discussed here. For example, there are many things that I can not discuss because I fear you will appropriate it and make it your own IP per the terms of the website. I believe this forum should not be in the content gathering business - but in the personal empowerment business.

One views us as a crop to be exploited and our personal visions and opinions are your harvest - the other views us as a resource in the world that should be enabled and empowered in development of our own content and voices.

I get that you are a business, but I fear that this policy prevents users from being able to have a forthright discussion. There's a lot that I have to hold back, and it looks like many of the other savy users are doing the same. This rule has a chilling effect on discussion imho.

DO as you please - it's your place - but since you asked....that's why I like to go back and erase my posts after a few days, and why other people seem to be doing the same. That's a loss to you, I think - and to the community as well. But nobody is allowed to own my experiences - except for me.

My place? Ha, I wish lol ... things would be different if this site was mine, which is not to say you would necessarily find my ways more accommodating to your desires. I asked the question when I was still in the capacity of a moderator on this site in an effort to bring about change and to ease the tension ... I'm not a moderator anymore and this thread lost relevance if it ever had any to begin with.

I understand your desire to share; in some way shape or form the desire to share brought us, as in all if us, here together. You need to understand, however, that the entire internet serves as a content gathering machine (among other things) and any content shared online will be exploited ... by the site owner or someone else.

To an extent. That exploitation exists is no excuse to participate in exploitation. Reminds me of the logic used by defenders of us-torture: 'They' do it, so we should too.

I think what sets a lot of the people here apart is a willful refusal to go along with social thinking when it stands in opposition to common decency, ethics, and productive sunlight-shedding discussions.

But it aint my site either. I'm just a guest. Should close these threads. I keep hopping onto these when they come back, zombie-like, from the abyss.

I was just hoping to hear clarification from the owners on this, and hoped this thread would work since other channels have been less productive. I'll probably just move along or start my own site or something if it gets too annoying to me.

I never said I support or excuse the exploitation of shared thoughts/material, neither does the site-owner (well, that may not be true ... I can't prove it either way though). I just made an assertion of what is happening on the Internet ... people will steal your thoughts and ideas if they perceive some sort of gain; there is nothing you can do about it. If you want to avoid being exploited, do not share publicly! <- In fact, that is true for off-line interactions as well ... if you need to share, share with people you can trust; avoid exposing yourself or your thoughts to strangers online or offline.
