we have 14 % not working here in Ireland, factories are closing by the new time

i,m thinking, yes with this amount its a huge drain on our system as we have to help those that are on welfare payments. however

do this not also mean that 86% are working.

whats wrong with the leader coming out and saying in proper words i,ll use laymans words,

look lads we fucked up and were sorry, those of you that are working its time to bull in and make the euro go futher, your brothers and sisters that have lost their jobs need you now more than ever to get them through the day.

can we as a nation pull together and bring those that are less off with us as we travel through these stormy waters until we reach the shores of the land that we are so proud off and fought tougher times in the past for

i,m pretty sure alot of people would do their best if they got a little encouragement rather than

    14% are on welfare

your only as strong as your weakest member off your team, rather than throwing a blind eye put your hand out and give

    I'm sorry to hear that..
In America currently we have 9% unemployment, the thing is; people who are supported by welfare aren't counted... I don't know where logic comes into play in that statistic, but for some reason thats how it is.

the way i see it is we will suffer,
    we,ll grow
    we,ll become balanced again

the world got too far ahead of itself and forgetting the smaller lad along the way, its the smaller lad that makes the bigger lad grow.

Never had money so there isn't much to miss... Ive always found the economy stuff confusing because they keep saying how it's getting worse and worse and yet life seems exactly the same as it ever was (in that way, anyhow)...

The way the unemployment statistic in the states works, is we have a system called "unemployment" for people who were fired or layed off from work. It has nothing to do with how many people are unemployed it means howmany people are on "unemployment" meaning collecting unemployment checks.

They dont count welfare or actual unemployed people wit 0 income, they only count the people recieving checks and since you can only recieve the checks for a while, some times the unemployment rate seems to drop, (by that statistic), but it might even be going up. If 9% of the pop is on UE and 2% of those people get dropped from the program they will say that we are now at 7% UE which is misleading to sat the least. It seems to be getting better by the stat but it is getting worse.

The way this country was, is no more. Those good ol days of capitolism and consumerism are over. What ever happens, it is not going back. If they stop using the dollar for oil we (U.S.) are screwed.

We will not only become a 3rd world nation,, we will become the worst of all of them, we will be a 3rd world police state. The U.S. is the only "rich" nation that is rich only because its become spoiled rotten. Other countries, to stay in the game have to produce more then they consume. America consumes more then it produces and covers the balance with the fact that we buy oil cheep, and other nations have to BUY U.S. $'s in order to buy oil.

When America fallls the laws will still be enforced. We have way too many laws restrictions like building codes. It will be against the law to build a shanty because they are unsafe. If you do you'll be redtagged and evicted.

Simple things like tacking staples and nails will be worth their weight in gold. Tin foil and twist ties, all the stuff we are dependent on yet take for granted will be like gold. The populations complacensy which is dependent on our constant subjection to media or entertainments will turn ito mass rage and the govt will use that as an excuse to enforce martial law.

It will still be against the law to go fishing without a liscence and there will still be restrictions on limits. If you cant afford a liscence you'll be fined. If you cant afford the fine you'll go to jail.

It will still be against the law to go hunting w/out a liscence and it will still cost more for a liscence then the meat is worth, just like it is today.

The U.S. is the major consumer on the planet. I think the statistic is that if everyone else consumed what we do we'd need 4 earths to support this one world. We are on the verge of learning the error of our ways and we are going to see that freedom, liberty, and justicce are not at all what we stand for. When we're not lost in consumption and the rat race, we will notice that we are and have been in a police enforced slave system. We are going to see that we were slaves and spoiled brats and are not psychologicly or culturaly equiped for a non materiel non consumer society. Most of America wont know what to do with itself, we have become disadapted to the planet.

For people here that are not capitolist, who are naturaly egalitarian and non materielistic America is already a prison state, and the rest of america is on the verge of finding out.

If people let it fall, and don't try to keep it going or resesitate the corps then it wont be bad at all. It does not take long to realize that everything you need to be happy is always present. Good home grown food, good music and good friends, none of that is dependent on our systems, it is just about allowing yourself to be content.

    That's where our countries differ
In Ireland we give welfare for life
If you've no job your entitled to welfare until you get a job
If you don't get a job the state ( Irish people's tax)
    Looks after you for life

Welfare and unemplyment are two different things in the U.S. welfare is called GA(government assistance), and I'm not sure but I don't think you can get it for life. Its only like 100 or so $s and I think they require you go on some program to recieve it, I don't think you can stay on it for long. If you cant get a job because of a disability then you might be able to do that but they are saying the govt. wont be able to cover those checks much longer because they put all the money into the militarty.

Our military is the one system that is not failing. I think they'll do away with city police and sherrifs and employ "our troops" to police things.

It's a big drain on our society, but what can you do
Ya can't let people go without
We have itenerients or pikies, travellers, whatever name yes know them by
Most of them are on the dole as we call it for life
It matters not here if your disabled or not everyone gets the dole

I think it's mad to think a society that cannot feed it's own,

Some over here don't like the fact that others get the dole for life, to be honest I don't see the point in handing a lad or girl who is just finished school and wham bam , 200 euro a week for life if they want it,

It doesn't encourage them to find work

But it's hard to balance it,
If we did not give 200 per week
Crime would go up as people do funny things when hunger sets in

I agree. The capitolist need to lessen there grips on the resources of the world so other people that cant or dont want to go that route can have acsess to some of the earth so that society doesn't force them into homlessness and pointless dependancy.

I've been saying for years that they should make hippy reservations for people that can't or wont be capitolist. It is not fair that one way of life has control of all the land and resources and that it is against the law to try to live differently.

Looking around th eU.S. there is fertile land all over the place that isn't being used, there is emptiness all over. European nations are small and the landscape is cultural. Thats why it was such a big deal to colonize the new world because europe was running out of space and resources.

America is vast, actually full of resources, and wild land. We still have wilderness here where most of europe is cultural landscape. There is so much land just sitting around while people are forced to live on skid row or in govt housing because the nature of capitolism is greediness.

The world economy is messed up at the moment and has been for a while. A gold standard or silver standard reserve would be better than a currency that might one day fail Im thinking of the Euro in Greece when I type this

That the problem. All the worth money has is conceptual. Even if we have gold backing it up it's conceptual because the value of gold is conceptual. Native Americans (aztecs/mayans/inca included) used gold but not money. Gold was special to them for art but they had no monetary system so its worth was asthetic. Gold doesn't have any actual value.

It is another good example of how cultural programming actually controls our emotions and endocrine glands. When you see money or gold it can cause your brain to excrete hormones and drive you wild all from the programming we pick up in our lives, not because it sets off a natural response in the glands.

Money systems dont work wether its cash credit or gold. This system has been failing since the mid 1900's and they keep trying to save it. That is what brought us to this place. First when capitolism failed they resurected it by forming central banks, but the whole system is flawed so those are failed now.

Capitolism will always evolve into what it is. Where most people are have nots and few have it all. The nature of capitolism is greed gain and loss. Not survival sustainability or humanity, its a game people play with the earth and other peoples lives.

If you ever look at it for what it is you cant say that it is a working system. The money wil always become wothless and most of it will end up in the hands of few.

Money is pretty important to me, while it last, because I send it to poor needy people. But I was told by spirits, the dollar is going to get dump to reach zero value because America isn't doing enough and consuming too much. Much of the world are unhappy with the way America is handling most of the worlds supply and treating of other country, this is true in the physical side so it is true in the spiritual side also. No, I love america, I am not against america, people are against america because they are the greedy few. America's situation has already been decided in the spirit side several years back and is manifesting accordingly for the dollar to reach value 0. If you look at the last crash in 2008, you'll notice there's very few places in the US that was immune to recession; these few places are the strongest now with unemployment at less than 6%. Maybe do your research and locate these places because it may be where you want to be before it reach a starvation point for many things? Or are these the few places you should avoid because people will fight for survival there (job)?

Common sense is a lot of our goods are from China; walk in a store, 90% are made from China, thus we are not making very much product to sell, meaning no job for a while now.

In the spirit side, I saw the future of a red hot dry city with all the road winding into it and all the people drive into there. In there is a skyscraper and inside the building on ground level, on the floor is full of human bloods and their skins are splashed on the window as cover. Up the stairs to the upper levels are the leaders, rich people and the scientist and up higher is an antenna that they control, that goes high into the sky. The use of this antenna causes a hole in the sky for this city, thus no cloud or protection for this city from the dangerous sun, causing the city to be desert red, but benefits from not becoming dark which has electricity while all around it is dark without electricity.

In the spirit side, I saw the europe nation anger at the US and jealous of the dollar, helping to bring it down, and the few very rich and powerful people preparing their monetary system, waiting for the right moment to take over of the whole word. I saw German being the head as they are power and skilled in witchcraft. They used the crystals/ash of the jew's body and took it high into the sky, almost to space and dumped it down to the earth. The rest of the body of this beast was made of japan and many other nations, met in secrecy, but i can't recall which one now, its been about a year. But like many say, even darkness is good. The huge beast of america that has many colored sons and daughters clinging to its fur, come out in the morning to worship the sun and go back in its cave when the sun set (America working hour). It is this beast/land guardian that gives the people of the united states huge power unstoppable by any nation. But the crystals or ashes of the dead jews will weaken and kill it finally (Using witchcraft to kill the land guardian). And the colored children of american will starve and become poverted after this beast dies.

Because of concerns, I've already converted much of my dollars into silver coins getting ready for that day to come when this land becomes dark. The reason for silver because gold is too expensive; back in the old days real money is silver coin. You throw a silver coin and a dollar bill in the fire, after the fire dies, you can pick up the silver coin, but the dollar is gone burned within seconds. I am buying all the little things and enjoying this internet life style while its available because nothing will last forever. I came from one of the poorest country in the world and I am preparing not repeat my cycle.

    So an update...

The line looks almost like the erratic heartbeat before a flatline

The DOW; or average of how the stock market is doing... Had a brief rise then dropped 200 today...

I always knew the economy was in bad shape; I talked about it, fought about it... I never really felt fear.

Just now after seeing this picture... Something in my stomach started churning. I guess being on the verge of actual economic collapse. Looking over the cliff, this world is inches from falling off of, it is terrifying.

I witness events every now and then that give me a wiff of the impending changes this world is going through, that strike fear into my heart. Not fear of the world after; but the world during the change, It will be rough.

Change is scary; from the way things have been going. I would like to tell everyone to get ready for serious change, not just in America. I'm talking a global wave. Something big is coming, I'm not just speaking in an economic sense, but a global earthquake; that will rock the foundation of this earth. It will clear out how we live now, and we will no longer just survive, but thrive. In order for life to grow and prosper; you must throw out the old and bring in the new. The old will be thrown out soon; and it will be a difficult movement, just remember it is all for the better.

I can smell it; feel it, it's the quiet questioning day before a cat. 4 hurricane hits. You've been seeing the hurricane develop on the news, you know it is coming; but there is no feeling like the day before it hits. That feeling of 'What will tomorrow have in store for me?', it can be intense peering into the darkness of the unknown.
The unending free-flow of questions that reel through your mind.
'Will my house still be here?'
    'Will many people die?'
'Could this be the one that changes history?'

During every hurricane; you can hear the trees slamming down outside. The wind howling and screaming, pleading to come inside. Through all of the fear that hurricanes bring, I never forget that there is no day more perfect then the day after a hurricane, the skies are crystal clear, the air calm and cool; everything is peaceful. Never forget my friends that the perfect day is right around the corner, but for now; we need to deal with the hurricane.

I fear for the world, but I have hope...

"We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope."
    -Martin Luther King, Jr.
