Actually .... I love the idea that you appreciated there not being a single thread here, not a single post, no response, etc .... but then once that was broken, here you are, posting.

I don't see it that way...it's not like that for me...for example, I want to see no more cruelty to animals...an end to factory farming, animals roaming around free, just because I want it, doesn't mean that I will not see what I don't want...I can turn a blind eye, but that doesn't make it not exist...

A bit like if you stop watching and reading the news, you are not consciously aware of certain things going on in the world, but that hasn't stopped them from existing...

Your first sentence I think reflects the notion of the great pole - splitting, distinguishing, defining. But then you open the door and reality/delusion bursts through. What do your words imply? That there is true and untrue. That there is beauty and not beauty. That there is opinion. That opinion is possessed. That this possession of opinion can in turn hold beauty. Innocence, happiness -- these are human mental constructs. We create emotions in or heads like 'fear' and 'attraction', and then puzzle why our emotions are often so mixed up. The best thing I discovered was to appreciate the realization that the mind can hold many thoughts, many feelings. When we blow away the mist of paradigms we are open to the empty fullness of reshaping. Sometimes it takes a paradigm shift to change the world in action.

IMO: Animals are not the only living things on this planet which contains souls. Just because you don't know of it or have knowledge of it does not mean that it doesn't exist. This is not the only planet or plane of existence. There are infinite universes whether we're aware of them or not. They just are not a part of OUR personal universe. Just because the tree falls and no one heard it doesn't mean the tree didn't fall. When you go back later and it's down...?

The ripple effect of one's universe on another's exists we just arn't aware of it because we don't typically pay attention to the consistent ramifications of the universe's interacting with ours. It's just natural. It'll happen outside of incarnation as well.
