Keshet, thank you so much. No, you never made me feel anything. I'm just a human being, and I love to go silly and play; I was like that even before I was born. It's just my nature, and I'm good at driving people nuts sometimes... (not you; the people in my life...) FWIW, my father is like a stand-up comedian, he drives us all to distraction with his stupid jokes...I think I might have inherited a bit of that....

I do think this thread could be hard to read for anyone new who comes along, if there is too much off-topic stuff; you are right about that. I don't know how to get some posts deleted, so I've posted here to ask the mods to do it.
Any suggestions? I'm a bit new at this.....

I tend to blame myself for everything, I guess I got that from my mother....LOL.
I dont really know how this works, but I guess I would also ask the mods to remove what I think should be removed.... if it is really necessary, not for me but, as you said, if could be confusing.

[On the Path]

I wanted to share an experience I had the other day while at work. I mentioned earlier that I had some time between clients to re-read the entire thread which had me shed a few tears but also helped to raise my vibrations.

My client arrived (a beautiful young Indian woman). She and I chatted a bit during her session and the conversation turned to meditation, which is always nice. A few minutes later the strangest thing started to happen. The lights in the room started going haywire - bright, dim, bright, dim, bright, dim - and a loud electrical humming along with it. I figured that something must be going on in the rest of the building, so when her session ended, I decided to go out front to check if anyone else's light were doing this. Nope! Just my room!

My next client arrived who happened to be my current clients husband. She was still in the room(asleep), so I decided to get him set up in one of the other rooms. The lights in this room appeared to be functioning properly until about halfway through his session. Bright, dim, bright, dim - although not quite as intense or distracting as the first time.

That was the first time anything like that had occurred in the building. Or at least that's the first time I've experienced that.

I'm not sure what to make of it, if anything. Thoughts are welcomed!

First, this spins me out a bit - Indian person, meditation - for the simple reason that I heard an amazing song on the radio just a short while ago, probably about the time you were posting this story.

This song was like a stunning, vibe-filled peace-out. It meditated the world. It certainly meditated my house and it totally settled the unsettling energy that's been around during the last 24 hours (for some of us). That song healed me.

If you can access that song, listen to it and please tell me what you think Maybe I'm mistaken, maybe it wasn't as good as I thought.....

Second, I don't know much about Indigos affecting lights and electricals. Maybe you have moved into a new level and your energy is stronger than before and needs to be fine-tuned. Maybe you need to turn down the volume a bit.

Someone PMed me and said that since I posted the "Message to you about 2012" thread, which invited people to call out with their unique cry, the calls have been coming and going so thick and fast that the Earth energy is going haywire. (I don't know about that, I really wouldn't know). Maybe you are just tuning into all the calls and you are giving off more energy.

I will have a think about this one, and see if an answer comes......though I think your guides will reveal the answer to you, and it might be something you don't expect Keshet, what do you think?

Do not be dismayed by your ‘Incompatibility’! Laugh! Laugh at it! Find the humour, the beauty in your struggles and see your struggles as chapters in your learning and as gifts you bring for the good of the world.

You did not HAVE to come here! You CHOSE to come here! Yes, you are a long way from home, and yet, you ARE home! You exist in so many places, so many lives, so many levels, all at once, and you THREW a part of yourselves upon the Earth as acts of selfless Love.

For you see, even though so many of the Earthly people frustrate you, baffle you, anger you or sadden you – and you must be careful to never let your anger turn to hatred, for hatred is so very pointless for you, it is wasteful and devoid of any purpose – underneath these negative reactions, you feel, very deeply, such Compassion for those who do not connect well with you. No matter how difficult your Earthly lives, you must work towards Compassion.

You can see the Truth in those around you. You KNOW them, even if they do not know you. Never think for a moment that they do not struggle, too! They are simply more adept at concealing, or more willing to conceal, the extent of their pain.

This bit brought tears to my eyes. I am fighting back the tears as I write this. I felt it was speaking directly to me, regarding my marriage of 9 years.
My husband is a good and strong man of great conviction and drive. He has suffered greatly as soldier and seen devastation many of us will never know. I believe this has caused him to close his heart as feeling the pain would be to great to bear.

We were apart for a few years while he worked overseas. It was during this time that I picked up where I left off with my spiritual growth and began to return to spirit once more. It was also during this time that I was lead here to IS.

I grew a great deal during that period, so much so that I feared he would not know me when he returned. This however would be fair I thought, because I barely knew myself when we met. When we met I was so far from myself not even I was aware of it. I was just trying to be a human adult - work, pay bills, keeping roof over head, and food on the table - In short - I was miserably content. In the physical world, we were perfectly paired. I thought I was in love and indeed I was or at least loving to my capability at the time. I was so far from spirit that I had forgotten what pure love felt like, so this was close enough.

Since his return the gap between us has grown. He is a self proclaimed atheist. While he is supportive of me and my spiritual quest, he is not the least bit interested in joining me or searching out his own divine path. His heart has closed, I believe as a function of self-preservation. Unfortunately this has alienated him from me as well as spirit. I pray that one day he will choose to awaken and open his heart. I hope that I am able to help him if he so chooses. I understand that this must be of his own choosing and I cannot push this upon him.

I cannot deny that I wish to have a deeper connection with him and often feel quite lonely when we're together and this saddens me greatly. It is with a heavy heart that I write these words but felt like I needed to share. I apologize for getting too personal. It is my hope that by putting this out here that his guides will hear this and help him to awaken to his own divinity so that he may experience life in all of it's glory.

Oh, On the Path, my sweetheart, so much sadness you have been carrying for so long
This is like grief; grieving. It is so sad, but it now can be changed, I believe. I believe it is no accident you are now heading in the direction in which you are heading. I believe this 2012 energy is giving an opportunity for this to come to the surface so that all of it can be healed and be once again made loving and good.

Yes, i would not be surprised if your husband had closed his emotions, even just a little, to protect himself from trauma.

I am reminded of the rabbi at one of the concentration camps, during World War II, who, while standing in a queue with others -- all of whom knew the building at the front of the queue was a gas chamber, as they knew exactly what awaited them -- was beseeched by the people in the queue to call upon God and save them from their fate.

He called out prayers to God, implored God to intervene that instant and save them all. There was no answer. He kept calling out to God. Eventually the rabbi threw his holy accoutrements to the ground in fury, terror and disgust, and declared, "I am no longer your Father/rabbi. There is no God. We must all prepare to die".

Perhaps your husband has witnessed and/or experienced unspeakable things, so horrible that he has ceased to believe in God, too. To reach that point is not the end of one's spirituality, it is merely the beginning, in my opinion. It wipes the slate clean, to start again, with a new way of belief, of faith.

I believe the most important thing is that you each, to this day, love and respect each other. I imagine you both know that things could be better, but, as I write this, I also feel that things are not as bad as they may seem. You have been battling on alone, or so it seems, and that makes it all the harder.

There was a thread on IS a week or so ago, started by Sheek, about how he had grown away from his wife, in particular because of his interest in spirituality. I can find the link for that if you want; it may or may not be worth your while to read it.

I believe the day will come when your husband says, "Tell me a bit about all this meditation New Age stuff you do."

Perhaps, right now, for him, he needs to rediscover laughter and romance and settled-ness. Perhaps he'll be in that stage for a while yet. I believe he will emerge from it though.

Do say some Benevolent Prayers for him, and request some Most Benevolent Outcomes for yourself in this situation, too. And yes, talk to his guides. I'm sure they will tell you that you are the key to your husband's finding peace, growth and to your both growing closer together.

I'm asking your Guardian Angel to come in and bring a lantern to your home. You know what song just came on the radio, here at my place? A brilliant live version of "Change Gonna Come"

I believe your husband's soul is crying out for some Benevolent Prayers.

I also believe you can heal him, yourself, by asking, before you go to sleep each night, for the Angels to send you some dreams which will heal him (sounds strange, but it just feels right to say it at this moment).

A Benevolent Prayer:

"I ask any and all Beings to heal On the Path's husband in the gentlest of ways, to teach him tenderness, self-Love and joy, and to fill him with openheartedness, so much so that he feels his heart will break with bliss that comes from finding his true Connection to his Angels and to the Source of all Creation, Light and Love, thank you!"

I just read a book called Diary of an Original Soul: Shaman Assisted, Creator Approved - that would really fall in line with what you just said. It's an incredible book. It's free to download I think, if you own a Kindle. Don't quote me on that. But I did get it for free. Would have paid for it if I had to though.

GG, I feel so flattered right now, thank you so much for asking for my opinion
I couldnt help having a quick look at the thread before going to work, but I dont think is the right time to ask my higher self what this could mean, as Im looking at the time as I type. Hopefully after work I will have some time to answer... but one thing I must say is thatwhen he mentioned the indian lady I felt there's a great soul hidden in her, a big amount of energy waiting to be released.... that woman needs to discover who she is, or to accept it. The fact that she was asleep after only proves that the energy was just so great she couldnt deal with it awake.
I really cant go on now, but I promise to come back later.

Hello, darling! I so feel your hardship. I have been reading some of your posts. I think change is tough, each one of us reacts in a different way and changes in a different manner. You are experiencing big changes, you are connecting in a different level, attracting a different kind of energy. That might scare a lot of people, even the ones that are really close to you.
Your husband doesnt have to join you, he might be going through his own process in his own way, or he might not need it, but is really nice of him to support you (not everybody can do it).
You know, someone really close to me used to be the kind of person that doesnt believe in anything you cant see and touch, the sort of "scientist" mind. I spent years trying to "teach" him my way, I thoughts is a pity that someone with such a sensitivity wouldnt allow himself to develop his spiritual self.
And then came the day in which something happened and I saw him in his real light, his real face... and he was so connected, he was such a high soul, that I understood why he needed to attach himself to this way of thinking, it was because that was what he came here to learn, he already knew all the rest.
Just accept him the way he is, and the way he chooses to live his life on earth, as far as it doesnt hurt you or anyone is ok.
