Gratinee Aux Champignons Et Aux Escalotes

30 gr margarine
1/2 onion, chopped
400 gr mushrooms, chopped
600 ml chicken stock
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 french bread, cut 1 cm
50 gr cheddar cheese, grated

Melt margarine, saute onion. Add mushrooms and stir.

Pour chicken stock, salt and pepper. Let it boiled.

Meanwhile, spread cheese on the bread. Roast until nicely brown.

Put the soup on serving bowl and add the bread on it. Serve as warm.

For 5 serving

I heard a song on the radio a few hours ago. A great song. The first lines were:

This made me think of 2012, of spiritual growth, of the idea that our bodies are changing into crystalline, or God-Light (a word that keeps coming up for me). I don't know much about the body-changes, perhaps someone else here can comment on that........

Yes, we are all connected. Many of us are only just beginning to learn that, to feel that, to try to begin to live that.

We are all coming alive, stayin' alive, being awoken, whatever we want to call it.

So, now that "we" are here, as One, what do we want to do with this energy?
Where do we want to lead each other? Where are we headed? Can we stay on the path?

I certainly can't answer these questions. The Beatles wrote the song Magical Mystery Tour. That's what this world feels like right now, for me. Somebody, other than me, is leading the tour.

I just thought of the song Magic Bus. Was that song by The Who? Anyone know?

I guess, "who" is our Creator, the driver of the bus

Keshet, thank you so much. No, you never made me feel anything. I'm just a human being, and I love to go silly and play; I was like that even before I was born. It's just my nature, and I'm good at driving people nuts sometimes... (not you; the people in my life...) FWIW, my father is like a stand-up comedian, he drives us all to distraction with his stupid jokes...I think I might have inherited a bit of that....

I do think this thread could be hard to read for anyone new who comes along, if there is too much off-topic stuff; you are right about that. I don't know how to get some posts deleted, so I've posted here to ask the mods to do it.
