It feels as if the energy moves throughout my body and then channels to my head and i kind of spiral of vortex out of my body. These feelings only happen for seconds though. I can't enhance them, and i haven't been able to just go with the flow and perhaps be brought out of my body. I suppose it could also be a side affect of me not being as spiritual as i should be.....

IMHO you are every bit as spiritual as you need to be IMHO don't seek to leave the body in search of scintillating experiences. Just ground yourself, raise your vibrations and let the experiences come to you! You are already beginning to work with Reiki energy, and it is important to ground yourself so that you don't "fly away" with "spiritual imagination". Take things slowly. The Reiki energy/attunement will change your energy field and you will grow and develop with it, learning new things. No hurry! Enjoy being where you are at ... and ask your guides to gently take you towards the best teachings and experiences for you, and thank them. Thanking them at the end of every request is essential to make it happen

Terra, mind over matter. If you want to go with the flow, tell yourself to, and you will. If you don't want to fade out, tell yourself not to. If you don't want to feel bursts of energy, tell yourself to feel even energy. As simple as it sounds, it really is .... once you allow yourself to communicate that way to your inner self, you will be surprised how GOOD you will feel.

I agree with you 100% OBEsprite, it really is that simple. And once again, I feel the most wonderful energy coming from your words!
I think maybe some people are on a journey to get to a frame of mind where they can do this. They perhaps might learn some things along the way. I also find that some people like to create rituals, even simple ones, and to make things a bit complicated, just because that's the way they like to express themselves spiritually. I am beginning to think that you personally have learnt about 20 years worth of stuff in a few short weeks .... you are racing ahead of the rest of us!

these numbers have gained synchrinocity while the 24 27 number have droped meaning. (according to favorable desired events corresponding to these numbers like when i have always been hired on the 9th of a month for every job i have ever had. iv had 7.) since this year.

Thank you GG and OBE. That really helps. I'm always so hard on myself because i'll meditate and learn something awesome and then feel as if need to learn even more about spirituality. I'll just let things come to me for now on. Yesterday the NJ court took my license away for 6 months for getting caught with bud last November and it has not upset me at all! Iv'e been riding my bike, enjoying the sun, it's just awesome.
Yes i keep seeing repeating numbers!! I see 4:44, 3:33, 11:11, 11:23, and other times that are the same number repeated. It's happened all the time the last couple of days.

Thank you Grounded Gifts! I owe it all to Love. I am so thankful that I let myself be aware of my spirit guide (/soulmate). I feel the reason I am able to understand the information I do at this present moment is because I finally understand this reality is an illusion. That everything we know was programmed into us so that we can learn and relate and exist in this reality.

I am continuing to learn to REprogram. For example, for almost a decade... I developed a sensitivity to foods. I felt it was because of my gallbladder removal, but that's because of the power of suggestion --that I was made to believe it to be that way. So now I have no more sensitivities to anything. It goes much deeper than that, but this was an easy, short example. Just like if you want to, for example, you can change the way things smell or taste.

I've also thought up an interesting creation (thoughts are the greatest inventions!) during the beginning stages of my manifesting. It may seem a little silly but whatever works! It's love and light spray! I imagine it like an air freshener bottle. I use it in the house when I feel it may have some leftover negativity from a conversation or experience (like sage/smudging). I use it in the room with the cat's litterbox to remove smells, (specially when the cat left a fresh whopper!) when I'm too busy to dispose of it that very moment. It's even popped over into my dreams... makes things a helluvalot easier too. Like the other night I was dreaming of these people being a nuisance and breaking into my windows... at first I was like "meh, call the police and they will be gone"... that would've worked in my old frame of mind. Instead they got in and one started throwing daggers at me, cutting my hands... so I finally grabbed a dagger and started reflecting them back (symbolism eh? I forgot to be aware of my aura shield but one thing at a time!). At the end of it all, the spray came up and healed my wounds and I sprayed it over the intruding people and happily ever after yay!

Most of the time I envision Light. I imagine whatever it is that needs to be fixed as a dark object in the shape of whatever it is that needs healing, sometimes I imagine lifting it out of the body or object first... then I imagine turning it into white light and disintegrating into sparkly white light or pixie dust and vanishing it into the air for others. Practice it the next time you stub your toe or what have you

We have been given the gift of creation... everyone. We all just do it in our own way. And everyone who has been drawn to this forum has done so because their inner self knew they needed to... such is the way with everyone/everything that we are drawn to.

My lifes been going down hill so far... I dont really talk so that kinda effects my family relations and so far its just been getting worse. Im trying to hang on to the thought of staying happy and calm but my sensitivity is getting the best of me. Its hard for me to worry more aboute me than anybody else I tend to think more of others. Its a good and bad thing at the same time but its mostly negative right know. Am I a wrong person for lying to my fam when all im doing is protecting someone elses secrets? I guess the feelings I get are confusion. Another thing I keep from everyone is my research or studies becouse I know (I just do) that my fam would prevent me from continuing what I do. I wish talking to your higher self was easier.

You have to help yourself before you can help others. I do not find anything wrong with keeping a secret if it's for their protection. If it's something that's eating away at you, first think of the possibilities of how the outcome would go. Do they really need that change? Would the change be good? bad? If it's a life changing secret, spend as much time as you feel necessary to think about whether or not it needs to be exposed. Also know though, that sometimes exposing the information may be just as selfish as some people feel it is to ignore the secret.

For example. I thought I was deadset on ascending so much sooner than I thought. I was like, okay... let's go! But then my inner self put events in front of me to help me ride the wave all the way to the end! I cheated on my partner of 10 years... but it happened 7 years ago. He was infuriated (so was my mother) that I decided to let it out after all these years instead of keeping it to myself. He said I was selfish for telling him.

Regardless of how you feel about this ascension stuff, just imagine that we all did have until December 21st to exist in this reality (Before ascending)... would you want yourself and others to dwell on the negativity until then? Or enjoy their existence in the highest of vibrations?

Use your intuition. You are always talking to your inner self. It's up to you whether you let yourself be aware that you are. Do what feels good in your heart. I don't see anything wrong with keeping your studies to yourself either. Just like I don't go around telling my family about this forum and my abilities (with a few exceptions) because I can already perceive how they would react and it's just an unnecessary situation. Besides, that's what this forum is for! To talk and discuss with like minded peoples and then some.

And don't forget to forgive yourself for thinking negative about it. You had to contemplate it before you could reach a conclusion.

The dream you described was like an attack, and you fought back with spiritual weapons and also healed everyone involved. I think this is great. It shows me that I can just think things and make them happen. I don't need to get too serious about everything, I can create seemingly simple things that will work. Thanks

Hi TrickyRico, maybe you could start to say aloud some Most Benevolent Outcome (MBO) requests - these are energy requests we make for ourselves, to our guide or Angel, for things to happen.

We can also say Benevolent Prayers (BPs) for others.

For example, say aloud with joy, some MBOs, for yourself:

"I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for groundedness, peace, calm and clear-headedness, thank you!"

"I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for being led to easy solutions to all of the things that worry me, thank you!"

"I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for self-acceptance, for self-love and for gentle, very positive spiritual development, thank you!"

"I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for healing of, and improvement of, all my relationships with my family and friends, thank you!"

Also, say aloud with joy, some BPs, for yourself:

"I ask any and all Beings to heal my family and brings us harmony and peace, thank you!"

"I ask any and all Beings to heal the family secrets and create outcomes that are Benevolent for everybody involved, thank you!"

"I ask any and all Beings to raise the vibrations of all my family and friends, thank you!"

You only need to say each of these once, but if it feels good, you can say them a few times, later in the day and during the following days.

These two types of sentences, spoken aloud, are a very easy spiritual method to get things moving in your life, and to connect you to the angelic energy or spirit guide energy that is available to help you with everything

You could create your own MBOs and BPs, for anything you want. Anything at all. If it is part of your "soul contract" for you to receive it, you will receive it. Just say aloud the words, then smile and let your guide do the rest

I just remembered the Love and Light spray I imagined myself spraying my home, every inch of it, inside and out, and from above.
Then I imagined spraying my neighbours' homes, the whole street, the whole city.

I imagined every person on Earth spraying his or her area with Love and Light spray.
I imagined Angels stationed off-planet, flying over every inch of this Earth, spraying every bit of this planet with Love and Light spray.
How it all feels: everything now sparkles with Light. Everything is clean and bright and whole and good. Thank you OBEsprite!

thanks for the link....forwarned is forarmed. these last two weeks went from simple allergies missing two days of work to ending up in somebodys front yard with a blown front tire leaving the Doctors office, diffucult to say the least.
