Starseed, Maybe... Why not.

Hi,

Pretty sure I'm a Starseed.

I write aphorisms, fragments, and short meditations on universal themes.
I'm preoccupied with the Christian mythos, but am on good terms with many religions.

I'm a wounded healer, a bridge, a doorway, a dweller between the worlds...

I tinker in the liminal space, where idioms go to die,
in a flail of mixed-metaphors, implications and asides...

I don't fuss over paradox.
I am a citizen of the imagination.

Now I am Vishnu, but, quicker than the thought,
I have become a flaming sword in the fist of Agni.

I am a dervish whirling over mountain ranges, glaciers crumbling underfoot.

I am ivory in the mouth of a furious tiger. I am polished shell in the riverbed.

There I am, carried up into the wind, and pulled apart like a cloud...

Your writing is quite good. I especially like the last line. I can also relate to what you have said. Can you expand on , "I am a wounded healer, a bridge, a doorway between the worlds…. I have often felt I spend more thinking time in the world of the spirit than I do thinking about the problems of the everyday earth person, lol.

You might want to read about the centaur Chiron,
as he appears in ancient mythology and again in modern astrology;
he's an archetype of the wounded-healer. As is Promethius.

I am one of those who are made for exceptions, not laws... And if life be, as it surely is, a problem to me, I am no less a problem to life. People must adopt some attitude towards me, and so pass judgment, both on themselves and me.

I think starseed and Indigo are just words; no two people are alike. Labels can tend to constrain a little......I think all of us are everything, but we sometimes identify more strongly with certain concepts.
