need some help plz...... feeling very low

im on my way out the door to go to my job, and all of a sudden im struck with FEAR and this overwheleming neghativer feeling.... i dont have time to sit and meditate this away. i was wondering if if anyone sees this they could send me a extra little boost. I dotn wantr to break down at work and sob for an hour, as i am new at the job and I really neeed to the moneye atm. I normally would smoke this away, and my worries/fears would leave quickly, though i am sober now, and im havign a hard time....

what a day, i feel drained. maybe its cuz its a friday, so glad its weekend ! thnx alot for the thoughts everyone, im guessing without them the day woulda been even harder. i must have had a pre-feeling of tegh shitty day to come, cuz ive never had so many issues with internet/telephones at the helpdesk i work at, angry customer after angry customer, so many of em i couldnt help making me feel worthless. Ima kick back with sa beer, try n forget bout it and look forward to my weekend.
