I have noted your comments about the meditation practices that made you ill. I have heard of this before. I'm very sorry that you have suffered negative consequences from this. Please do not let this discourage you from finding a meditation practice that is a real help to you in your quest for your own Deepest Truth. There is a way already prepared for each of us to accomplish this. Only open your heart and keep the faith and the Way will open for you.

I believe that you could help many on this site as a Mod - but I ask you to please remember that the greatest help any of us can give to others is to be absolutely committed to being all that we can be as spiritual beings. Many "helpers" on the Way can get caught up in "helping" others to the detriment of their own inner development. I have a friend who was really into Reiki and then started noticing that most of the practitioners were all suffering from some kind of illness themselves. Even though they had been carefully taught in their practice, they really did not know what they were doing and were actually being "infected" with the negativity of those they were sincerely trying to help. That negativity made them ill in just their weakest physical components. I can see this happening to you I'm afraid. "Healer, heal thyself first" is always good advice. Then go save the world.

Hmmm, you make me remember to my friend, he's a reiki master. He's a very kind loving guy and always try to help others. But i can smell his deep pains, he repressed his hatreds and angers too hard, actually i tried to help him to start to be honest to himself, but idk he suddenly disappear.
