    Pain all over

I work in framing 11 hours a day, aches and pains including exhaustion is a given.. Today the pain is pulsating through my entire body and is extremely intense, with a bad headache. Any ideas to why and how this can be prevented from happening again? possibly any healing techniques?.. i dont do doctors or hospitals... Thank you.

    Are you afraid of doctors?

I am not a doctor, but I will pray for you and for your complete healing. You are going to have to help me out here though.

Are you giving yourself enough breaks and rest periods between work hours to recover your energy and strength?
How is your diet? Do you feed yourself nourishing and healthy foods to maintain your well being or do you eat crap?

Is there a good balance in your life of playfulness and joy as well as hard work?

What other stressful circumstances are you ignoring? ( Ignoring to the point that your body is shutting down to get your attention?)

Is it in your nature to bend and adapt or to stand and fight?

Maybe you need to get fit, just a little, so that your muscles and joints are stronger and more flexible.

Both indigo dog and grounded gifts gave great advice I recommend both of them, I was going to say excersize or yoga, and a good diet can do a body good.

Two weeks ago you commented on the fact you were feeling detached and depressed. Any chance that that these two problems could be related? That your depression is now manifesting itself into physical pain?

its possible, the pain from work is subsiding. it just feels like i work out all day. occasionally, my entire body engulfs in sharp pains.. .very rarely, but its not something i consider pleasant.

Good advice belowalso check your energy field is clear of pain firing entities etheric spikes etc(more common than
most people think)some 4d entities like to fire these skewers,i see em in people in the street sticking out of their arms or head, makes you feel pain in the body for no apparent reason
have Archangle Micheal come in and clear you energy field(just ask and he,ll do it)

yes i believe masturbation is a great form of pain relief, if not just get some pain killers and call it a night!
