I really think the permission is asked and received or rejected by the spirits during the sending of the healing... really, or it wouldn't work.

I look at it this way, I cant look into other people's akashic records, because privacy is respected, but if the person gives me permission, I can.

so if I had permission to heal it would heal, and if I did not it wouldn't.

I immagine it would be a subtle dialogue between the spirits of the two, and therefor not necessary for physical body to request.

we are first and foremost spirits, and even though we may not be aware, our spirits act in their dimensions too (higher self)

Circular energy in palm after meditation, very interesting. Let me see, circular spiral energy in palm as if the universe spins in that palm. Ability to bring forth out of palm, beings and see things as one require/request. Ability to bring out forth energy through palm, unleashing that energy to required surface area, healing is one of them. Ability to look into objects, distance and people through palm as if the palm is an eye.

Everything within you as a gift can only be utilize through becoming your higher self, which is without training nor practice; it comes completely natural doing and in the process you as the human learn from it. But don't get the wrong idea, just thinking you can do it doesn't mean you are doing it with only one right way to do it. You have to do it as the only way of doing it. And there are so many flaws and blocks already appear and waiting to appear stopping you from becoming your higher self. Nothing comes easy, but keep it up, if you are moving in the direction I describe you should feel warmth from the energy embedded in your palm by god. Even these word I am describing will be used to mislead. Sorry, so much filth energy on earth making it hard to advance.

left hand: red lines, circle around it, shape of an S.... with other hard to explain patterns... goes away shortly after trying to study what it looks like

right hand: same thing but in white, with the red discoloration creating the negative space in the pattern.

forehead: the whole thing is red, and a patch of white skin as a circle in the middle... kind of burns really really bad

feet and legs, numb very very tingly.

feels like tides of warm water flowing through my body, and the hair on my arms has been standing up....

all during work, with no meditation time.

a fluttering in my stomach... not a sickening one... like when you just go down the first big hill of a roller coaster.

I closed my eyes for a few minutes, and it felt like hours... barely any time has passed till I opened my eyes... I felt like I was floating in nothingness just there in a vast infinity of floating colors...

It's really hard to control right now and it's been happening all day...

You should ground. Come out to the backyard and lie down on the grass. And stay there until all excessive energy drains into the ground. Then you will feel better. But it's a temporary effect anyway. This is a part of transmutation. It will stop when your aura becomes transparent to let all the energy shine through without obstacles.

I agree. That's how it seems to work for me, too. Also, if you just allow yourself to heal others where and when you feel guided to do so, you soon find that other people comment to you that you've helped them when you didn't even do anything but talk to them, or smile at them, or something simple that you just do every day, anyway. The healing just starts to come from you and to go where it is needed.

I think your Higher Self is going through a learning process and you are absorbing lots of new information. I think you know the way forward -- to keep doing what you're doing now -- and I think you know deep down that this period of time is important for you. You are becoming stronger and more balanced and I really believe you will start to discover new abilities in yourself, in the months to come.

I think these physical symptoms are temporary, and there's no need to be alarmed. These symptoms are letting you know that your growth is occurring -- they're like a physical proof of what is happening internally.

As another poster said, I think you need to ground yourself. If not sure how to do this, the easiest way is to ask your guides/Guardian Angel to do it for you, by requesting a Most Benevolent Outcome. Ground yourself a few times each day, and especially before, and then after, meditation.

Grounding helps new spiritual information to absorb and "integrate", and brings us back to a calm and peaceful place, within and without.

A good MBO to say aloud with joy, first thing in the morning, or when in need of a boost:

"I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for groundedness, for my vibrations to raise, for safety, for clear guidance and for my energy to be replenished, thank you!"

You could also say aloud, a MBO similar to this:

"I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for guidance through this time, so that I can see clearly the things I need to think, feel and do, and so that I will grow and progress effortlessly, happily, to my highest potential and my highest good, thank you!"

"And may the results be even better than I could hope for or expect, thank you!"

"I EXPECT GREAT THINGS, thank you!"

The guy who discovered this method of manifesting things is called Tom T Moore. Lots of people use this method. You can ask for anything that is benevolent. Always say thank you at the end of each request you create and say aloud -- the "thank you!" is a part of the energy needed to make it happen.

We only need to say a MBO request once, but it is good to request, a few times a day, those things that need regular "topping up" ... like groundedness, peace, clear guidance, energy replenishment.

It sounds as if its getting out of control vs a gift. Some people have spirit guide attach to them, if the spirit guide was hurting from something, you may get hurt too.

No, people don't ever get hurt from their spirit guides.

It sounds like you need to ground yourself, you may have excess energy flowing through you (imagine your soul on an energy drink, except without the crash, but it can be uncomfortable if you're not used to it, and you can choose how you want to feel it, it doesn't have to be uncomfortable at all). I simply like to root myself, inhale, imagining the excess energy as black... going through my roots/feet/toes to the core of the Earth, transmuting in the lava core into white light, and then coming back up through the roots and radiating out my body on exhale.

The marks you see might be a part of your energy signature (everyone has their own unique signature, how else would you automatically recognize a friend from a past life in heaven if they're wearing a different look? because it is automatic). It's not supposed to hurt, but it might be the only way your body was able to comprehend the signal in order for your inner self to get your attention. It doesn't have to bother you, tell your body that you do not wish to perceive the burn, ask your spirit guide to help you relieve the burn, and if necessary, imagine filling the area with white light, with the burning sensation imagined as black, and transmuting that black into white. I had a few pain signals too until I was able to figure out what it was trying to tell me, after I figured it out... I wished to no longer perceive pain as signals to the "paranormal" stuff, and it stopped.

Note, just noticed someone else mentioned grounding to you already (much much simpler! thank you), no need to pay attention to my suggestion, too many steps, but sharing how I started out with it anyways (call my suggestion as a beginner method for those who like rituals). Lying on the grass works too, being in nature does wonders for these things. It really is a cure-all.

It doesn't happen by itself. There are invisible creatures around him who connect parts of his DNA which should be of 12 helices and plug in chakras which should be 12. You can call these creatures Angel or Inner Teachers, if you want. They come from the Future and control the process of transformation which will stop when the guy discovers himself in the Astral which is the homeland of the Human Species. It means transformation of Earth.

Personally I was 21 when all the fun began. A human being by Nature is the King who is unable to do anything by himself but direct the builders of the Space the way he/she wants.
