I found exercising works great for depression and anxiety but not too sure for ADHD (which to me is lack of concentration) What worked best for ADHD for me is meditation.

    'lack of concentration'

    is it really ?

or is it there is a lack of attention

    and concentration

for things that are not useful

    interesting,

    beneficial,

    or empowering?

There really is no such thing as ADHD

it is a box to put people in who

are bored and have no attention

    for the dullness of conformity

Extremely insightful !! The dullard clones soak up all of the matrix BS without any reflection whatever. When i was 3 i said to myself -- there's something definitely wrong here (on Earth), but i'm not quite sure what it is. It didn't take many more years to "spot the issues". Then it was just a question of how to navigate the "challenges"

I agree with the dullness of conformity but even non conforming is a conforming of itself. In terms lack of concentration I am talking about seeing the infinite possibilities wether it be friends, spirituality, work, illusions, etc and focal points jumping all over the place instead of taking the necessary steps.

i dont see adhd as a disorder. instead it is just a way of being. Its a gift. for those who have it may not use it correctly which is why we determine its symptoms.

it's not a gift when you are trying to write a school paper, or get a point across and the words get jumbled because your thought process goes faster than your speech, or you want to read a book and you cant concentrate enough to enjoy, or your mind feels cloudy. I'm not trying to be negative, but it really sucks. I would love to be able to "use it correctly"

i knew this a long time ago, a proper psychologists would suggest same thing... naturally cos ADHD means over stimulated, exercise or some form of great brain exercise would certainly reduce the appearance of the symptoms... however actual ADHD do exist to say personally
