Have you heard of a guy named Sam Abzary? He also competed, but im not sure in which category. He was the lead trainer for Avena Originals, and worked for Quantam Knights, but currently resides in Mexico.

    Ethnicity maybe, race no.

Race is social, not biological. Ethnicity is socio-biological. Ancestry is biological.

The definition of race is a group of people who are related by common heredity. So yes, I mean race.

That they had years of training in their chosen craft, but would still get their ass kicked in a race by Bolt?

    Oh, Is it?

That would be different from my understanding on the subject. We all have completely mixed heredity...so how would that work?

Uh, yes it is. I don't need to post links to further my point, which is when the above poster made a reference between his race and ability, he was actually onto something. Feel free to keep splitting your hairs or whatever it is you think you're proving. My point is my point.

    i looked it up....

"black" folks have heavier bones, slimmer hip bones and more quick twitch muscles? somthing about being able to have more explosive energy.
also the heavy dense bones apparently makes us less buoyant in the water.....although i can swim extremely well...

I checked butterbean, covered in fat, world heavyweight boxing champ last 15 rounds. I checked some MMA guys, blacks, whites, asians, mexicans, all with their rippling fast twitch muscles, and they fell asleep on each other in the first round, locking up all the time, and no real fighting. The ripped guys have starved bodies and no energy for any endurance, and you ask anybody builder how it feels to have only muscle and no fat, only fast twitch, but no long hauling slow twich muscle fibre. Also, guys in the five foot mark are barely lifting the weights past their chests, I've seen it, so all they can basically train is fast twitch muscle fibres.

This might be the best advice to be honest, if you haven't heard the term myofascial release you should look it up. Basically you should massage all your muscle from feet to head, from origin to tendon, that's where the muscle starts and that is superior to regular stretching because the fascia tissue will be so stretched that it mimics muscle memory causing the golgi tendon organ to relax the muscle fibers to the point that it might cause sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. Trust me I do this everyday on every muscle and my chest won't stop growing that it's actually scaring me, you become very flexible too and the chi flows very smoothly.

Glad to know that you have planned something like that,You should do that just eat the correct food don't go for intense workout in the starting. That can cause some kinda disturbance in your muscles.Make your muscles mature first.Avoid fats and junk stuff.

If you're trying to build up your muscles, go with heavier weight (about 75% of your max), do low reps (like 6-10 per set) and do the reps as slowly as possible. Remember to breathe correctly. And make sure you have a good protein source for after your workout. Organic whey and hemp protein are two of my favorites.
