    Creative Hobbies?

I just wondered... How many of you do have a creative hobby, and which one is it?
It's not really of importance, but since we Indigos have the purpose to rise vibrations and spread love amongst our generation in the name of the stars, or the Gods, or wherever you call it we originate from, I thought making things would be a good way to get it done, right? At least in spades.
I myself write novels, and even though I have yet to publish one, they are very well-received and beloved by the people who read them. I also sew cloth dolls, oftentimes after a certain model, and what could make people more happy than a cloth doll modeled after a person or character they love or even invented themselves? And I love making people happy with my stuff.
Creating things is a great way to raise love in people, I think, or at least emotions, or their spirits. Therefore, I guess quite some of you have a creative hobby of sorts, haven't you?

well I like to do things, create things if you wish uhm I haven't really picked up on it but I love making things, recycling, or just making up stuff with old things lying around the house, I tend to give creative gifts whenever I can so that also helps at least 4 times a year I make a creative gift for my bf or friends so I take about a month planning what i'll do and stuff and whenever I start I really have to finish it or else I feel bad with myself XDDD so I've got a ton of things I've made myself just random stuff really... other than that I haven't had much time on these past months but during summer I'm DEFINITELY catching up on that and painting again =) I always paint or get on the creative stuff again on summer =) I also like singing and taking pictures but I'm unsure whether that's a creative hobbie or not XDDD oh and dancing....

I also love cooking but eventhough I know that's not what you meant by creative hobbie I do consider it a creative hobbie at least for meself =P I usually just smell things and cook random stuff with it .

I have way too many hobbies for my own good really, could use an hour or 5 more in a day lol.
But, it's nice to have a few so I can switch from one to another if I lack inspiration in one area.

Hmm.. so far I draw, paint and make jewelry, I do nail-art (but I guess that's under painting as its really just painting on a really small canvas :P)
I garden, guess nature does most of the creating there,
but I find it a real pleasure to switch between single-handed creating and just helping mother earth create from time to time.

I am in the progress of writing a book but as the story is very personal to me it is somewhat of a healing journey also, and very much a step by step thing.

And yes cerise, I see cooking/baking as a creative hobby also, and one i share :P

you can make great pots out of bottles, and make em so they have a drain system, so you cant overwater them easily.
I had recycled all my bottles before i started the garden project or i would definately tried it myself

    Painting them should work also

    Anyone else sew?

Sewing is what helped me to learn to meditate...

I like to write, play write and dance to music too, cooking, and taking pictures.

Inventing ways to see more simply what is presented so complicatedly.

I like the idea with the bottle!
I always have trouble with plants. I always overwater them because I think they will die if they haven't got enough to drink
I dance ballet, play the piano, I love to draw and to sing and to act.

there is this stuff called perlite you can get at any nursery to be mixed with soil to help irrigate. if you all just enjoy watering your plants too much using some of that stuff could be a good idea, besides not watering so often.

Wow, so many responses! Glad to know I'm not the only one.

@cerise: I very much consider cooking a ceative task, since you have many ways to choose or alter ingredients or just try out something completely new!

@Rockwood: Wow, that picture is truly impressive! I really love the warmth and the effects of the light.

@SophiA: I sew, too, though mostly soft toys/sculptures.

I've been writing (fiction mostly) for a long time. I also love photography and I think I'm getting better at that with practice. I'm learning most recently too, how to edit photos and I love doing that to. I try to make things look nice and pretty just for the fun of it. I end up hand writing many of the little signs for the store i work in and I try to make the lettering look fun and creative and things.
