Over the last few weeks there has been an intensity in the energy at the centre of each of my hands, more so in the left. Its been a relatively calm situation on the surface of my life, but I have a sense that a lot of stuff is going on underneath. These are very odd times.

hands are one of the major conduits for energy flowing
in and out of our bodies. Lately there has been alot of
a low frequency [lower Theta] excess energy floating
around. Our hands will feel this energy that is wanting
