    Government Power: Pluto in Capricorn

Soon Pluto will go into the sign of Capricorn. The government will be really strict demanding a lot from the people.
The United States was created and planned on purpose in the sign of Capricorn.
The people who founded the united states planned this out...

attn: everyone born 1988/89, 1993, or around then

Love your avatar name. Are you a bringer of light, and/or acting as the devil's advocate?

Oh, and btw, you do realize that the USA's birthday is 07/04/1776-- so then the sun sign is Cancer. As the article points out, at that time, Pluto was in Capricorn, and thus opposite the sun sign. Capricorn is sensible and stable; thus a moderation on Pluto, the planet archetype of political upheaval.

It isn't that astrology is fate. The good traits have to be developed, and the not so good ones overcome. This stuff works by synchronicity. It's archetypal-- patterns of behavior, psychological structures, and sort of like fields of mind. The inner planets, Mercury, Venus, the sun, the moon, and Mars, are about a person's psychological traits. Jupiter and Saturn are social aspects, and the outer planets are transpersonal, affecting entire generations.

Political and social change are connected to Pluto. Which was in Leo (a strong sign) for the Boomer generation. Uranus is about innovation, especially of technology; also individualism, and global awareness, including mental connections. People in their 30's to mid-40's. Neptune is the indicator of depth and inspiration-- having profound spiritual abilities inborn. People in their teens and 20's.

Now here's the interesting part. Everyone born in 1988/89 and 1993 has the outer planets in conjunction. Anyone born around these years at least has a stellium, which is a group of planets near each other, in their charts. Which means that there is an entire generation with both the talents of the innovative Uranus and the inspiration of Neptune. Both of these planets in Capricorn, so then tempered by a sense of structure. However, the generational marker is Pluto in Scorpio until 1995, which is sort of a depressive, political structures that aren't very nurturing.

Anyway, I read the whole article. Note that it was written in 2006 and the astrologer was wrong about 2009-2011. Nor is it correct historically that empires only last one Pluto cycle. But this astrological forecast is still worth reading for several reasons. The author says that in 2015-2019 Uranus in Aries will be square to Pluto in Capricorn. What is called "square" means something at 90 degrees. So then coming at something else from the side. Blind-siding almost. It could mean that innovative, globally connected technologically advanced persons, influenced by the aggression (or confidence) of Aries will challenge what wants to remain the secure order, setting off political upheavals connected to Pluto. But then we also have a large group of people with the talent to deal with it. Guess we'll find out.
