Many years ago I read a scifi book titled, "Stranger in a Strange Land" by Robert Heinlein. The young man was "crucified", murdered, for relaying a truth so obvious to him, "Thou art God." Jesus said the same thing in much the same words many years before and was also crucified, literally. This is the simple "esoteric" Truth of all Truths. The One Whom we call the Supreme, Yahweh, God, Allah, etc. is in everyone and everything, is everything and everyone, and everyone and everything is an actual quantum of this Infinity, this unlimited wholeness. I do not believe this, I know it, from the depths of my being, not by anything that I have done, or through any personal worthiness, but just as a pure Gift from God.
But, in the wisdom of God, not all of His expressions are given this insight. Why? Because then the whole game of life as an endless parade of "opposites" would end in absolute realization by everyone that it is all just a game that God plays with himself/herself/itself. All of "us" would realize that there is no "us", there is no "me" over here and a "you" over there, separate from "me". We would all realize that there is just this One Infinite, Eternal Being, Who endlessly Creates Itself into an endless infinitude of selves and relations for Its own Purpose and Pleasure. But, again this is not a Truth that everyone will have a rapport with.
So, I say to one and all, "Thou art God." Treat yourself as Divinity, treat your neighbor as Divinity, treat your fellow creatures and other living things on the planet as Divinity and we can all share a heavenly game of life on this planet. So says the One as this life and I care not the consequences for so saying.

Hah. I was just explaining that to somebody recently...perhaps on here...that yes, we are all the same person. You want to see your other lives? look out the window. A few billion of them are going on right now.
Amen and Amen to that brother!
It seems to have to do with a psychological component needing to be tricked into not knowing that fact in order for anything to work properly. It is quite true of everyone, but as a group (species) and not just individuals (which simply do not exist separate from the group species) because seven billion gods ends in pre-biblical levels of bloodshed and horror.
You wake up and immediately notice your former opponent's cadaver wearing your clothes, and then gradually it dawns on you that you are dressed in somebody else's clothes, and the last thing you remembered was this guy killing you, and not the other way around.
You head for the door to accomplish what you already have, for the very first time ever.
