...Okay. Just keep in mind that just because something works for one person doesn't mean it'll necessarily work for you.

anyone know any poppy seed recipe's?
Poppy seeds are commonly baked into and/or sprinkled on top of breads and pastries, though as far as I know you can put them into just about anything you like.

Yeah, I understand that. I just needed a cleansing either way, so I figured I'd eat fruits only for 30 days, and certain nuts.
thanks for the quick 'what you can put it in' list

Be very careful with the ideas you get over the net about diets, some of them can actually be harmful for your health your body needs a balanced diet to function properly so make sure wherever you got your information from about the cleansing diet you are considering that they actually know about nutrition.

go s-l-o-w my friend to begin with. how about one day on just fruits and vegetables to see how it affects you? how about one day a week to begin with? do a whole bunch of research about cleansing. its valid, well tested over many years, its the best healer there is but you have to study up and go slow. heal yourself! naturopathy and detox

Thanks for the tip's everyone. I understand I'm not at complete awareness to the truths of pure food healings etc.
It's just that my mother seems to always get pizza's because they feed more for less, so I really wanted to steer clear of it as much as possible. I shall take your advice and increase my food income. After all, one should never reject free food haha.
