Classical Music

My favourite type of music is classical... especially the piano. My favourite composer is Mozart. This is my favourite song (the Turkish March):

I'm just in love with this stuff, but being 17, I feel embarrassed telling people this is the only type of music I listen too. Is there anyone else around my age who likes classical music too?

Don't be embarrassed about it! It is wonderful music! The best thing about it is that there are no foolish words or senseless texts like in this new songs on the radio. It's just calming

I also read about some hidden manipulating messages in pop songs. I don't know if it's true but anyway, it's better to stick with classical

Yes

Most of the people in my class are like "Classical music?! Do you wanna kill me?! Get me some Techno or I'm outta here!"
But seriously? I have non idea why they are listening to something like this, I mean, I'm open to every kind of music but THIS?! These are just some electronic tones played over and over again, annoy you and making you aggressive! I can't stand this type of music, really.
Also I don't like most of the texts in the most of the modern songs. All about sex and chicks and alcohol and money and I'm like: What are you trying to tell me?!
However,
I'm kinda obsessed with music

My whole class is annoyed of me because I'm constantly singing or humming something ^^
It calms me down and I just don't feel whole when I can't sing.
How about you?
Do you enjoy singing or playing an instrument? Or do you prefer listening?

It's speaking with music and most of these rap texts kinda scare me o.o

I have always loved classical music - my favorites are beethoven, brahms, Chopin!!!, Vivaldi. I taught myself to play piano when I was 5, and now am very advanced but only play becuase I love it. Music has always been key to my happiness - I love any kind of musci that is genuine and passionate.

I took piano lessons for 8 years but I stopped taking lessons now and just play for myself sometimes. I still love it. But I concentrate on singing now since I loved this always most

Debussy is also great!
