They are all pretty darn magnificent, so its a personal or aesthetic choice I guess.
I mean the one we're in is pretty darn grand, given we have an up close and personal perspective of it.
Myself, I've always been fond of Andromeda. It exhibits the classic form, like our own, it's relatively nearby, and its easily observable with the naked eye or binoculars.

Universe is gracile, pure, inteligent, prescious, universe is symphony, and she offered us strings to play on a different frequencys.
I prefer galaxies observed edge ways, some are spectacular sights, then so are some nebulaes.
