    trouble staying awake/balance

Since Wednesday, maintaining my balance, looking straight ahead, and staying awake has been a challenge. I am guessing that from Wednesday until today there have been maybe 20 hours I have been awake, and all those hours are spent eating.

I have never experienced anything like this, and have experienced a lot...

    Any ideas ?!?

is becoming a bit maddening by now.

depression does easily cause what it seems i am describing, Link, and I have many serious situational circumstances that could certainly contribute to severe depression, annnd it is difficult to diagnose oneself with depression, much more so then an anxiety disorder or a Bi Polar type for instance.

but i am a inspired motivated excited for life each day person, and besides this is overwhelming - as if i am sitting on or walking around a boats deck, which i am familiar with having worked on wet-docked steel ships, and acquiring sea-legs quickly doing so, this is much the same. keeping my head still sitting looking forward is a challenge.

the temples on either side of my head are aching, behind my eyes feels swollen, and in between my eyes on my forehead aching and throbbing off and on.

think maybe i could of busted finally busted a great portion of the natural calcification to my pineal/pituitary gland? i have the past few weeks had some, more then pops and clicks, although not loud bangs as in the past, awkwardly placed though along the back of head at random times.

could be onto something Rum, hehe, sitting on line all day and night does definitely contribute lethargy and possible apathy else where, in the "real world". this is not like anything i have experienced though.

I have been experiencing what you are describing aswell for the last little while and though i joke about sitting up on IS that is normal for me and does not usually leave me feeling as drained I have been meditating a whole lot more recently and just have this distinct feeling it has to do with energy work though I have noticed that I am not remembering as many of my dreams as usual and the ones I am remembering are about energy

Stress can be a contributing factor I know for me if I allow myself to worry over life then it effects me in a big way, as a rule I generally just don't worry about anything for any period of time as I tend to believe that everything works out for a reason though it can be hard to remember this while in the middle of a difficult situation.

I am also wondering if we are starting to feel the effects of the outer edge of that energy band that is heading towards us in space that would certainly be an explanation where there doesn't seem to be another.

it really sucks, swaying having me feel either especially silly, or really freaking aggravated. i have an autoimmune disorder that is unique because of it can become any autoimmune d/o or mimic any virus and/or pathogens my w/b/c's might choose to at any time and in concurrence. there is an unlikely autoimmune d/o that is unique with how it will cause enough inflammation and swelling to the pituitary/pineal glands, to actually break crack and destroy the natural calcification(ankylosing) occurring for us each and all animals, causing an unregulated rush and distribution of hormones such as 5HTP/melatonin and Serotonin. FYI

I've been having the same problems since Monday. At first I thought it was an electrolyte imbalance because I was outside in the extreme heat a lot this weekend (highs in the 110's). However it normally goes away very quickly once I consume some salt and water. This time is different. It's been 3 days now and I still have the problems. Maybe something else is going on since more than one of us have the same problem, like a change in the energy?

This is exactly the reason I logged on tonight, to see if anyone else was maybe feeling the way I have been. Since Monday I have been having these waves come over me periodically throghout the day up untill I go to bed at night. I will be totally fine, doing whatever and the next minute I feel almost as if I'm moving back and forth like, I look straight ahead and its normal but in my perepheral vision I'm moving, more like pulsating, it's really weird and I've had to pull over when it's happened while driving. Tonight I was sitting in my car, parked in a lot and it hit me and I slammed on the emergency break, it felt so much like I was moving but I wasn't, I was in gear, the e brake was already on, car off and my hubby reassured me several times that the car had not moved what so ever. I've also been so very tired, I just want to go to bed as soon as I get home from work. Sometimes I feel like I just can't keep my eyes open.
I've also been having kind of nausea but it just feels different. Like knots in my stomach, just really weird. I'm pretty healthy and even with the feeling in my stomach I just know I'm not phsically sick or anything. Something inside of me is telling me something, of course I don't know. I was begining to think it was some change in energy, just like Desert Dweller mentioned which is why I came here of course. I pray nothing bad is going to happen.
Just now, as I typed that last part out it struck me, some other things seemingly unrelated have happened to me lately.
    - I've always been one to be prepared, mostly for bad storms being from the midwest and all and always kept a small amount of food and water for my family just incase. But for the past few months I've had the overwealming urge to stock up on water, it's like the thought is always on my mind.
-I mostly eat all fresh foods , no cans or boxes. In the past month I have been given bags of dried beans and canned items. These have been from random people, just out of the blue like "here, I got too much at Costco and have no room will you take it" kind of deals. I have not asked for any of it and I'm not poor to the point that people would take pitty on me or think I had no food. Even my hubby is wondering why people keep giving us these items, he said it was weird. Then just tonight this guy knocked on our door, my hubby answered it and the guy says "Hey man, are you (correct name)? (name of our friend)told me this was your apt and you like whiskey." Then proceeds to explain that he's movig back to the mainland in the morning and doesn't want to take his giant unopened bottle of Jack Daniels in his suitcase and wanted to give it to my hubby. As soon as he shut the door he said 'damn, why in the world do people keep giving us stuff?" It's just been quite odd around here.
I will not claim to know what is going on, at this point I'm really just thinking out loud. Bt I'm really startng to wonder if something is about to happen and just as I've always looked to and relied upon the synchronistic events that have lead me this far to show me the way I'm thinking these things are not as random as I've put them off to be...
Oh and I do not believe that the world will be ending on dec 21, just making it clear that I'm not freaking out about what some are predicting.
    Peace & Love
