    Thanks for the link

Have you read the book? I found it quite fascinating - all about how the blood types have divulged and merged over the ages, and why certain kinds of food are more easily digested and metabolized by different people.

Okay, this is weird, O+ here (big problem with wheat - and being vegetarian is a problem to say the least) - I wonder how many other Indigo/Crystals fall into what blood types?

That would be an interesting study (heh - another thesis topic coming on, I need a few more lifetimes methinks )

No, nothing to be stressed about. If there is an emergency though it is good to know what blood type you are (I wear a medic alert because of alergies to medications and it has my blood type on it) that way techs know what meds to give - or not give - and they have my blood type if I need blood.

But in regards to the eat right books, it has to do with how you metabolize food. Certain blood types metabolize foods differently and that determines what kinds of food you can eat "freely" and which you should avoid (for me - wheats of all kinds, limited rice. Have to use Quinoa instead. It was a fascinating read and explained a lot

Oh yeah, if you go donate blood, most times they'll give you a reading of your blood type

I'm 0+, I what tends to bother me, but it was not always that way. Auto immune problems and leaky gut syndrone fixed that for me. But I am vegatarian, that does not fit 0+ types it would seem. I have never really liked meat, even though I may of craved it in the past.

I have learned that eating Mexican and Chinese most fits my needs and taste preferances. In the summer I eat mostly a fruit, but not a lot of fruit. I can take my herbs and etc with a large glass of orange juice, then a couple bananas a couple hours later, and now freshly picked cherries a couple more hours later. That will carry me until mid afternoon, which is when I eat my main meal for the day.

It helps too, if most of your diet is what is ripening at the time and more local is much better too.

I do eat wheat spareningly, along with dairy and eggs. Main grain is corn, rice and millet.

I find that my body gets little or no benift from eating flesh of any kind. My body craves and wants carbs.

I was having more auto immune symtoms, but most of it seems was do to poor digestion, due to low acid in my stomach, caused by my bodys inablity to get enough B-12. My body needs more, it does not utilize it well, but there is plenty in my body. It has B-12, but unable to use it, maybe similar to a type II diabetic, who has lots of insulin, but it does not work like it used to. My body has plenty, just not able to use what is in there.

Almost all of those who have auto immune problems, normally also have B-12 problems too. It affect as said, stomach acid production, and it is involved in the repair of the mylan sheath which covers the nerves in our body. That was why I was getting MS like problems and attacks, until I started to take shots, and later learn I could take high amounts orally daily instead.

Long term sympotms of B-12 deficecy, low acid, stomach problems, constipation, bowl pains, and symptoms of mineral and vitamin deficency as well. Weight loss, low blood pressure, hair loss, thining of skin, worse were mental symptoms. Every 6 months had a MS like attack, but body would repair 80 to 90 percent of the damage in 6 to 8 months; so I have lots of residual damaged areas.

What was worse was the claustrophobia and anxiety attack which lasted for around 6 months, until I started with the B-12 shots. Talk about HELL

During this time, and for years afterward BP was often 90/58, sometimes it was only in the 80s/ low 50s. I only had to get up, or if walking turn too fast and I would nearly pass out; vertigo was a constant problem.

With B-12 and taking Free form amino acids, it helped. Seemed like the two which helped the most was tyrosine? and gutamine. Over time too, my body has rebuit itself, now usually BP is like 112/ low 60s

If one has low BP, there is usually a reason, same for high BP. Things are better, but I will never be the same again.
