I feel sick / poorly with any milk products, not saying I don't like em but anything with milk or made from milk seems to give me grief.

I noticed some people in IS has lactose intolerance, but I noticed that wheat allergies is very common here, more so. I have a wheat allergy but I ignore it. so therefore I am more or less always ill!

Yep - wheat for me, I feel so much better when I don't eat it - but wheat can hide as whey products, so check labels carefully! And milk - I couldn't drink milk for years then we switched to organic milk and I found it was much easier to tolerate - I think some of the problems people may encounter with the milk and dairy products may be the additives and things that are fed to the animals.

    don't know
been really wondering whats in hat big white bucket...
have the opportunity to drink fresh milk from the farm sometimes ...

    What a difference..
gentle on the tummy and the taste...WOW

it reflects in everthing..the cheeses, yougurts and butter.

Once again natural, fresh and pure is the best...
    the body knows

Been thinking about getting another goat for milking..
    can't decide right now..
a big time commitment... milking once or twice a day ...everyday.

I recently switched over to soy milk and I already notice a difference... When I was young I always had horrendous stomach aches and when I moved out of my parents place I didn't really have a good diet, but I didn't drink much milk at the time and looking back on it I see the dairy was the problem. I also get a really stuffed up nose and sneeze lots if I eat wheat, my mom too. The body definitely knows =)

Wink Like American Indians and some other cultures say, Milk is for babies

You have one more problem, cows milk is way more powerful then human or gots milk. It has the protein and etc to bring a calf in a very short time, to to a size it can surive.

Human milk, is only around 1 1/2 to 2 % at weaning, that is the protein level of many common vegtables. Studing diets in China, they found out that Vegatarians had good health, Vegatarians who ate a lot of dairy products had osteoporoisis, and osteoarthritus. The conclusion was, dairy products were the cause of the problems, not the cure. They found that third world cultures, with not always enough food to eat, never had weak bones and arthritus, if diary products were never comsumed,or in any real amount.

The word with diary and flesh, not at all or very spareningly only.

Diary affects me, milk and ice cream means gas and diarrea, cheese means a stuffy nose, and tons of mucus in my body. Plus dairy makes my body ache and hurt more as well.

I am both lactose intolerant and milk allergic. Even as a baby I didn't tolerate cow's milk. I use some rice milk and also tolerate goat's milk OK. It is also true that yogurt culture takes up the lactose in the milk - so often yogurt can be tolerated easier than other milk products.
