Home Within
Dark, sheltered
Misty moonless nights..
Dew on the fields, lapping at your toes..
Like a lover's gentle kiss.

Soft hills snuggle lush valleys
Warmth of the sun glistening in the air
Waving to you.

Earthy and rich, holding your soul captive
For all time, this is where you belong
Kissing you with abandon
Calling you to her sweet embrace
Always welcoming you home.

~Claim Thy Heart~

Once tiny girls
With loving, searching hearts
Misunderstood
Our hearts..fell apart

Gifting a small piece
To each we did meet
Hoping it to be enough
Our wells now hidden deep

Time went by
We put aside our dreams
Our little girls surviving
By any and all means...

Now we've put the little girls away
Women we've become
Our broken hearts scattered far and wide
Belonging to no One

"My women, Summon your little girl..
The time has come, you see
To gather the many pieces..
Make your heart One for Thee"

With hearts made Whole
Shine your Love
Across our Mother Earth
Sing your song..dream your dreams..Love strong..Be Free.

NOTE:Written a few years past at a time when I was blessed to once again be with six lovely women that I have walked with before many times, a circle of Sister Healers. At the time I penned this, we were doing our self-work for inner wholeness to allow us to better hold sacred space within ourselves to be of service to others in their healing. I share this here with Love, with my Sisters(and Brothers too) as they reclaim their hearts..and embrace the Goddess/God within, which is your Divine Promise.


OF MERMAIDS..and LOST LOVES

This is my Gift I offer
Myself, as always, to You
Forever, my Love, recall
We've loved passionately and with Truth

I wish You could take this journey
Magical..meant for me
If only you could take the leap
Together, We'd be free

It seems, my Love, you have chosen
Not to take this flight
To the Mystical realms I walk in
Wishing for you, another Invite

In My heart I'll carry the beauty
That I see you have eternally been

To forgive all Your imagined sins

NOTES: I penned this a few years ago while doing release work in relationships in my self-healing. This has come to be an expression for me of recognizing when your path with another, has come to an end, for you have come full cirlce in your purpose for walking with them, and so, you release them with Love, so that their next "teacher" might appear. In taking this approach, I live my life in thankfulness for those that I have been blessed to experience, even when others would say they were only negative for me. I see clearly now where others have served me, even when what appeared to be abusive at the time, had a divine purpose. I find this has allowed me the highest lessons of forgiveness, and has freed me from all past trauma's. Eternally Grateful, Kachina

Writing in all forms is a passion of mine..I had always dreamed of being an author, like the one's that have a home on a quiet beach and seclude themselves for months as thier creations take life..hmm..maybe I shall still have that.
