    Yoga

What do you all think about Yoga?

I just took an introductory class today and I must say, after the class I felt very much at ease and more relaxed than usual.

It was a very pleasing experience and I think I am going to go regularly from now on.

What's your experience and opinion of Yoga?

    Hi Daniel!
    And Hi to You!

This is my first post here.
I've had a past experience with yoga; I did some classes about 2/3 years ago and then stopped for forgotten reasons.
But I can say that, in my experience, during the time I did yoga it felt like bliss after. I tend to relax when I really go within, and during the classes sometimes I went to a place where I mentally when off and felt sensations, music and sounds: really. It’s a kind of state I don’t get often, although I would like. Above all, I know it brought tranquility and well being to my consciousness, and my body felt happier.
I'm looking forward to begin again. And so is, that's why I've chosen this to be my first post.
This was my experience. I'm glad to share it.
    Take care!

Yoga! I took a course on yoga at my college for my P.E. Credit what was really neat was the guy who was teaching it learned from Gandi! I really enjoyed it it does wonders for relaxation my only problem is that due to my lack of self disapline after the class was over I haven't been able keep it up, I hope some day though maybe when I am not a student any longer and have more time on my hands I can start it up again. Anyway I highly recomend it!

I've done yoga a few times and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I found it incredibly relaxing and centering. I'm thinking about taking classes with my cousin if I can find one that fits my schedule. Hope you enjoy your class.
