Question why do i always get pain???

I always got pain while I am "reading" someone's feeling (actually I do not mean it, it seems my heart automatically reads the other's feeling). I have been like this since I was five years old, but I did not get pain at that time. In these recent times, I always feel that everything is spinning around, and then the pain is getting worst. I hardly stand up every time I get this awfully pain. Therefore, I really hope that anybody can help or give me some information about this.
    thank you very much

    Hello Naru -

empathic individuals (and it sounds as if you most likely are) are particularly suseptible to internalizing the feelings of those around them.

May I suggest that you ground yourself well every day before going out to "meet the public"? That way any negative energies that you encounter you can funnel through you and not internalize them.

    Have a wonderful day

It might be that the other's pain resonate with some pain that you have yourself from your own life and triggers that feeling. So by working through your own pain you should be able to make it disappear.
