Lol, sorry I'm new to the site and thought these were discussion threads. I've only been awake and aware I'm indigo for 6 weeks and am trying to go off feelings not info. I FEEL I don't want or need to eat meat any more that's all. Although we are one, we are all still different. I'm sorry but to say meat is the only way seems a little closed minded to me. At times like this, that's something I can't get my head around.

Bear is not quite correct. As original Earth Beings, we evolved as a tuber,
grass, grain, fruit eating Being.
There were some small nesting rodents available as well as the occasional
bird eggs and small water life. The majority of our teeth are for grinding.
We were prey to the carnivore, with few defenses, not a predator.
We still depended upon a grass-grain, tree environment for our survival.
Eating meat came relatively recently [50,000 yrs]in our
development, when we developed the tools and methods
for killing. At least that is the view of current anthropology,
that focused on the Eastern half of Africa.
My view through RV and Astral visiting is different
and first focused on The Colonists from off World,
placed in Western Africa, next to the Ocean,
the Neanderthal.
This first group were a different story.
They had psi-abilities that added meat to their
veggie and water life diet, planting bushes, trees
and grasses. Living by the Ocean as they moved
from Southern Africa toward the North they had
fire and salt to preserve meat and fish for weeks.
Due to their psi-abilities, the only weapons they
needed were heavy defensive spears.
Then I focused on a Colonists group that lived in the
Moldavian Valley opening to the Black Sea, then they
expanding along the top of Northern Siberia. They
were an advanced farming culture [they planted their
crops in spirals] with domesticated animals and and
several types of weapons. They introduced fruit trees
and different types of grasses to Earth to support the
animals they released for Earths further development.
Their villages were recently discovered and they were
named Denisovans. They had telekinetic psi-abilities
as a dominant tool in their society.
According to several books, your blood type
needs a specific diet. I am AB+ and a 70/30
Carb/meat is supposed to be best for me.
On that diet however, I gain weight. The
60/40 carb/meat seems the best for me.
Be in harmony,

Yes Psychic Child, our pre-human ancestors, many millions of years ago were herbivorous, we still have some anatomical similarities from that time, flat nails, jaw function, but that was very, very long ago. We did not replace some herbivorous characteristics like nails because we did not need to, we had tools, whether they used psi-abilties I have no knowledge of. our digestive has adapted as the result of a carnivorous diet, we have a short ailmentary length to body length ratio, 75% of our stomach's surface produces HCl while 25% for non-meat enzymes(in times of starvation) and the fiber roughage damages our intestines. When we began to eat meat, I terribly disagree, there is evidence of carnivorism over 3.4 million years ago for pre-humans. I haven't researched anything on blood type, hell I don't even know my own.
Here's something to chew on: Cannabis(weed) only affects carnivores.
When was it that meat doninated our diet?
One of the signs of a Society being civilized
was the forming of villages to farm grasses and grains.
Domesticate goats for their milk then their meat and hide.
And pigs for their fat, meat and with the goat their ability
to live off of human food scraps, grasses and grains along
with ducks, chickens, and geese producing eggs and feathers.
The nomadic herders, continued their life style, and harvested
or traded livestock, cheese, and butter for the grains, plants
and roots.
Other cultures were majorly dependent on Sea, Lake or River life.
Some dependent on grasses [rice] [corn] [beans] and ducks,
geese, rodents and again goats and pigs. Goats and rodents
are the only red meat that appears in most cultures. The Cow
is in evidence in cultures too, but not the to the extent of the
others. The cow is not as efficient producer as goat, pigs, rodents
ducks, chickens and geese. Some red meat was cooked over a fire,
but most of it was boiled. It is more tender and provided broth
for gravy, stews and soup stock, usually in that order.
It seems that humans diet depended on what was available in the
many environments Earth provides.
Not just one type of diet. Certainly not red meat as that one diet.
Be in harmony,
be in beauty.

During the Ice Ages, humans had to rely on animals, there was little vegetation to consume. The ice age periods were strict times where humans had to live almost entirely off of meat. Also by The Bear's standards, all dairy and eggs were considered "meat". The advent of agriculture is the time of these things you speak of, where plants were traded for meat and other food, agriculture destroyed human health, if grains were optimal food for humans, we would not see the degeneration of human health, which became evident in the new generations by the degraded teeth, the next generations were also shorter in stature. Also, as humans began farming their posture suffered as they were also looking downward and the front muscles were constantly used, affecting back posture. Hunters looked ahead, hardly at the ground. And is evident how worse posture has become as we are hunching over for everything now, as illustrated in this comic of the timeline of human evolution:

I've decided to no longer post about diet or reply back to this Carnivore thread. It is certainly not of much benefit to me to do so but I hope anyone who stumbles upon this thread will learn from the links I've provided from mostly experiences of westernized men that adopt a diet so strange, it is considered "dangerous", or not for everyone. There are many, many links on scientific evidence that are point against carbohydrates. It doesn't matter, though there is a diet section on here, we are all Indigos, here to be Indigos. Quite a few think most foods are good, and vegetarianism is best for the indigos, I however, do not.
As an Aries Indigo, I like war, the idea of it, the thrill. It explains why I act so heated sometimes. I like that intensity, I become comfortable in my Iron coating, and I often seem impulsive and can be very inconsiderate on such a topic as this. And as a result, I'll will just stop discussing this on Indigo Society. Again, if your interested in this new Way of Eating. There are links on the first page.

WOOOOHOOOOOOO your attitude makes my blood boil and makes my soul growl with recognition.

This ad goes away when you register.
i dont know i just eat about anything i can get my hands on. i mean. i eat what i crave and it makes me feel strong.
most of the time i crave seafood, tree nuts/seeds , certain plants.
spinach is on that list. i crave a lot of dried fruit. cucumbers, beans and rice, they all seem to actually give large amounts of vitality back to my body.
this how ever is just how i feel after eating these things.
personally i think....maybe we where made for a diet like that. however it has been proven that certain blood types thrive off of certain foods as the digestive process is slightly altered blood type to blood type.
i firmly believe that what we need to eat is in our genetics with that said. maybe your ment to be a carnivore.
are you an ab type? type 0?
