Well it's just something i know!! im really in tune with my feelings. its really strong. plus i've seen some of the things that happened.

just get intune with your heart, listen to your feelings deep within yourself and you will know the truth. believe in yourself!!

i find the more i have confidence in my feelings and trust them, the more easier they become to understand!!

Haha I don't *really* know if he was in a past life with me, but I've always had an instant connection/attraction to Shia Labeouf. I sort of fell in love with him seeing him onscreen. Sure he's cute but it wasn't that, just something about his voice, his essence. I always wondered what it would feel like to meet him!

Well thanks for that reply! That really does seem to be the issue I have...being in tune with my heart. There's all these things that I feel that I'm just not comfortable enough to fully acknowledge. I have had so many things happen to me that cannot be explained by anything on this world, but I still hold on to worldy skepticism. Do you have any tips on how to expand your knowledge of past lives? I get these tidbits here and there, and I know I'll get more when I'm ready. I just don't know what I need to do in order to "be ready."

hi there!! well to be onest i've always been intune with my feelings ever since i started on my journey, so im afraid i cant really give you any tips that i knew would be affective!! so instead i can give you some suggestions which may work and tell you how i personely got stronger and more intune with my feelings.

its all about trust and believe in your self!! if you find that difficult or have some issues that may be in your way and stops you from achieving that trust, then take a minuite to think over them indepth and try to figure out the reasons why you cant believe or trust in your feelings. try to get rid of them by just saying to youself aloud that you believe in yourseld dayly and truely believe in youself, dont let and other thoughts cloud that belief.

i am also psycic, so that also helps me understand my feelings. not that you need to be psycic to understand your feelings. its just useful to me!! LOL

at first when my feelings were not as strong as they are now, i did little experiments. like answering questions which i didnt know the answer too and seeing if my feelings told me the correct answer. useually your first thought is your correct one. but sometimes your ego takes over and gives you a second answer and makes you confused on which answer to take. this i found very annoying so always try and listen to the first answer that comes to you!! if your not sure take a chance and keep practising!! it may take a while!! Lol it took me a while!!

just do things in your heart that feels RIGHT to you, and that makes you believe in yourself more and more!!

i can also recomend this film called 'the celestine prophecy' which may help you. it helped me!! i highly recomend it!!!

to help learn more about your past lives you could try meditating regularly. it could really help!!

to you being 'ready', dont worry about it. it will come when its ready to come. i am going through the same thing. i am waiting for alot of things...but paintently!!

There's so much that I've been trying to deny, but I always end up getting spiritually bitch-slapped (pardon the language...but it explains it PERFECTLY) when I try to run away from this stuff for too long.

In general, I really appreciate you responding to me at all. You and a handful of other people have already acknowledged my existence on this site and it means a lot to me. I had this fear that I wouldn't fit in or something. This is like this big step for me...finally accepting this part of myself here with you all.
