but i still don't think there is clear advantage on anything to exercice outside, and only inconvenients like bumpy soils, not necessarily good soil either regarding shock absorbtion, and the soil is not necessarily super flat, not flat in the sense no increase of altitude, but also laterally, and i don't see much advantage to this, specially for cardio lol or need some kind of special trecking shoes, that cover ankles and have good shock absorbtion .

i do a bit of gym, but nowday more minimum a little hour of running about once a week, and some exercice there and there, i'm not gym fanatic either, just keep myself minimum healthy

but i like for exercice to be a minimum efficient, and now what gain it will provide when i do it, used to be a bit in judo competition when i was younger, and we had some sessions of hardcore training as well, but there is not really much need to go outside of you have treadmill

but if you do this for relaxation, or i dunno to deal with depression, or other purpose than fitness, it's clear it always more enjoyable outside lol

i have other kind of thing to be in communion with nature and dealing with depressions lol
I did not mention depressions in my post, I do not have depressions, so please BrainPulp, keep me out of yours.

I feel I tried to make clear my way of combining enjoyment and keeping fit.
I am not trying to convince anyone, I am merely trying to express my ways of going about it.

I feel respectful and accepting of your ways of keeping fit, so I do not feel the inclination to enter into a discussion about what your kind of ways are.
To me, they just are your ways. Period.

By the way, weren't you talking about talkative women in one of your recent posts ?

I do not think you are able to know what or how I am feeling.
So I suggest you not even try to.

I am taking note of your tone of subtle sarcasm; surely you know sarcasm is a resistance mechanism ?

I am not trying to do anything of the sort.

Just now, I am looking out of my window and admiring my Acacia tree which is blossoming beautifully.

As a small matter of interest: my clock is showing 12:12 right now.

(Although we are not on the synchronicity thread.)

if it's to go in the forest, there are other kind of workout and activites that can be cool, and less lonely lol even better to commune with nature spirits and also doing with shrooms etc lol

can be a nice way to work out as well

No sorry Brain - may I call you Brain ? - this is not my way of being in joy.
The many people thing, the robotic music; ach no.
And although I am appreciative of your invitation, I think I have to decline this time.

But do not feel disheartened !
May be some other time you may make a proposal that I might accept.
