Love and Spirituality

I've been thinking a lot about love and spirituality lately.

Are Love and spirituality the same? Are they linked? Do you have to have one to have the other? What is love? what is spirit?

Why does my heart hurt all the time when I just want to give my love completely to another person? Why am I afraid of not receiving anyone's love? Why am I scared to never find the One? Why do I cry when I think about never meeting Him? Why are people so afraid of love?

Why is it when I look forward to Anything it always fails? Why does love always let me down? Why am I completely alone but completely surrounded? How can I love someone I've never met? What does falling in love mean? How do you fall in love? I don't think I ever have.

I love unconditionally but I am not in love with anyone, why?

So many questions, so much uncertainty, why do I long for someone to just tell me they want to be with me and they'd do anything for me? Why can't i be patient? Why am I not beautiful enough for him? I'm hurting but I love completely and I would do anything for anyone who is close to my heart. But why can't I let anyone in? They always get hurt, I always get hurt...

In a sense yes,but you are seeking outside of yourself for answers,look within and they will be there,maybe not right away but sit in stillness,meditate,and those answers you ask are there within yourself.

Perhaps because you are waiting for your twin flame/other half of your soul. You are loved dear. But you have to love yourself before you can truly love another. As we enter the New Energies and New Earth as well as the Age of Aquarius we begin to experience new feelings and energies as well as many are/will begin reuniting with their twin flames.

is it because you have expectations? When you dont have any expectations,its just being in the moment of now and being present as who you are, just going with the flow as some say. Again look deep within yourself for these answers.

To love another you begin with loving yourself wholly. when we got to where we see duality,and the pain and fear that ego mind has placed upon us,we realize it isnt who we truly are and begin the process of letting every fear/doubt and pain and suffering that is from the ego mind go and as we release it,we get closer to our true being of the love that we are, once we release everything that has caused us pain and suffering,it goes back to the Source,and returns as higher consciousness.
