At the bottom right hand corner you can pick your dosha and see more about your types. For me these two things were a great starting point to learning about the Ayurveda. I am still learning, but just wanted to share these links

This is me to a T....I even have cool lips lol although soft and smooth.
My problem is that while I have a predictable stomach clock, I almost never listen to it. This leaves me very dizzy a lot of the time.
Ever play with sparklers and spin around fast with them in your hands? That's me. All the time.
...even when I do eat, actually. lol!

I hear you with that one...I need to lose some pounds myself. But they said for vatas it is easy we just have to eat what vatas are supposed to eat and we will balance again.
I am working on losing weight too. The thing is, is that while I'm losing inches... I'm actually gaining weight.
Yay muscle mass?

I hate when that happens, its so confusing....clothes are getting too loose and the scale is going in the opposite direction. Sure let's blame it on muscle mass...but what's really happening???? Anyways it is better to build more muscle so that you lose more weight ... or so I have heard. Lean muscle mass.
Part of it is my bone structure. Very large bones and a short body. But yes, the muscle mass will pay off in the end... so the scale can say what it wants for now.
I wouldn't even have to deal with the weight if I hadn't gotten so sick (my immune system is messed up from severe complications from pregnancy)... but I have an awesome 10 year old out of the deal, so... made of win anyhow!
