Seeing Energy and "Palm Healing"

Can anyone else "see" energy? I realize it sounds quite odd but I have always seen it and I used to think that everyone else did too until I got older. I am curious to see how many people have the same ability and if anyone has any info on the subject.


One other thing....does anyone know about palm healing? I can bring energy into my palms as well as send it out and I'm sure many others can as well and I just wanted to know exactly what it is and how it works.

Dude, know what you mean. I work in daycare and I have noticed a few things occuring at sleep/rest time, when I am patting the children. There are times when I suddenly feel like there is all this energy coming out of my hands. It will also coincide with the child looking very relaxed. Sometimes I think angels are working through me. Not sure what it is. I have recieved reiki healing on me, and found it to be such an awesome feeling. I recommend that you try it. Am not attuned yet, but plan to at a later date.

As for seeing energy, I very often see orbs. Can you describe the energy that you see?

Definitely look into Reiki. I've just become Reiki Master and learned that I see the energy behind my eyelids when I close my eyes. My hands are like bright balls of light and where I need to heal is dark. I can see, with my eyes closed, the darkness filling up with light. It's pretty cool. I also see rays of light coming from my hand with my third eye and could move energy even before I knew about Reiki. But it really works!

Feeling energy in your hands isn't Reiki. You need training to become a Reiki Master. Feeling energy in your hands is just simply that. I play around with it, stretch it, grow it, squish it in my hands, and I can feel it, but you can't do much with that without the knowledge.

Of course it isn't Reiki but being able to see energy before being attuned is a good beginning.

I've never heard of this being called palm healing. Interesting. I do most if not all of my healing work through my hands. I'll pray for a person( I don't always know what the problem is ,) but the feeling in my hands gets hot when I'm over a problem area. Usually I don't even touch the person just glide my hands and pray over the trouble. I can tell if it is physical or emotional right away. I know when the healing is over because I'll get a power surge through my whole body. Some people I've prayed for said it felt like warm honey being poured on their heads and flowwing over them. Sometimes if I get those charged up feelings in my hands I just send the healing energy to somebody in the room.

Hey all, I just got back from a meditation, healing, grounding and protection class. I learned loads in just 6 hours, and got some good stuff that may help yall. One of the techniques that was covered was chakra and aura healing, by using the powers of your healing/spirit guide. It was very interesting and loads of fun. Here's the details.

Call upon your spirit and/or healing guide. Ask him/her to stand in front of you, ask it's name if you have not made contact with it. Try and feel its energy. Focus on it, and try and discover a couple of attributes that you can feel from it's energy. Get comfortable with it if you are not already. I.e. Ask it to stand four feet infront of you, and then ask it to move back, feel what it's like. Then, come up with some ground rules for the healing, 1. make sure the guide will leave you when the healing is finished, no matter what. 2. Ask the guide to only connect you from your wrists up, so your energies won't interfere. Ask it to connect it's hands with yours, then ask it to release, just to feel how it works.

Now, ask your subject if you have permission to heal him/her. Feel the subjects energy and ask the guide to begin the healing. You should be able to feel the subjects aura, and just go around it with your hands, feeling, smoothing it out with the subjects energy, if you notice any imperfections, etc. Now, after your done, wait until your guide says that the aura is cleansed.

Next, you move onto the chakras, starting at the 7th, search out and feel the subjects chakras. Hold your hands out on either side of the subject, one in front, one in back. If done properly, you should feel cleansing and healing energy flow from the hand on the back of the subject to the front, cleansing the chakra. It's important to have some kind of ground or protection (I used protection roses, if anybody's heard of those), so their energy doesn't mix in with yours. anyways you should feel very intense energies flowing between your hands at this point. One hand will be sending cleansing energies, the other will be receiving the energies that have passed through the chakra. Everyone once in a while you'll want to wipe, or toss of the energy on your receiving hand as it will feel intense. Experiment with how far your hands are from the subject, the closer you are, you should feel more and more energy, too close may be overwhelming for both of you, so pick a distance from the subject that is comfortable for you both. You may be able to read bits of the subject during this, and discover things about the person by their chakras and how they feel. Your guide will tell you when the chakra has been cleansed, and move onto the next one. After you've moved through all of them, you'll want to do a technique called a gold sun, and you'll be done. I was almost shaking after I did this, you can pick up and learn a lot about a person by doing this as well. You should be properly grounded, and have opened your chakras, and connected to your energy lines, and cosmic energies. So that's it, I'm gonna post some other stuff that I learned to because it was cool and may be interesting. Good luck!

Gold Sun - essentially visualize a large orb of golden light and energy above the person's head. Fill it with bright gold, energy. After you've filled it up successfully, bring the ball down into the person's crown chakra and have it move through their entire body. You can do this to yourself, filling it with your own energy whenever and it feels great. Popping the orb and having the energy shower down onto yourself feels amazing.

Interesting....I am really just rediscovering all of this....SO many things about myself....maybe I supessed it for years (I am 46 years young)...maybe I knew it was there (no, not maybe, I KNEW it) and was afraid or refused to accept or admit...anyways....because of fear of the unknown...but it has come to a point in my life that I cannot keep turning away....I need to know....to learn....so here I am...

I could never understand why others could not see the air molecules....or maybe it is the negative and positive ions in the air, I don't know...I just always called them molecules...if I look "through" the air, I can see them randomly and quickly bouncing off of each other, deflecting in all directions....it is really wild when they get going and I see them really well...
The ONLY other person I know to have seen this is my youngest brother....we used to talk about it all the time..I do not know if he even remembers....

My youngest brother can also float with me....we would lay outside and while our friends just sort of laid there watching the clouds....we could actually float above them...almost feel ourselves leave our bodies and float elsewhere...then come back....what a most peaceful feeling.....I have not done that for years...I have not even laid out in the grass for years...

As for "Palm Healing"....hhmmmm.....my dad, who has since passed away, ALWAYS was able to take away our headaches, earraches, or any kind of aches, just by putting a hand on either side and using pressure for a minute or two, and then he ALWAYS went to the window and threw pain out the window...and come to think of it....it was always the hand on the back....he seemed to "press" with the front hand and "receive" with the back hand...and it ALWAYS worked....
My mom suffers migraines, as do my youngest brother and myself, and my son....my dad could always take away our headache by using his hands then tossing them out the window....

I know my dad now visits my son, even though he died before my son was born...but that is a whole other story for another thread....

Is what you mean by seeing molecules?

when i concentrate on people i see some aura near there body but its transparent or sometimes blue or green and when the person moves i see the aura doing the same move but slower 2 seconds and i think that i can make energy come out of my hand am make it go wherever i wish absorbing energy from people or plants (but i know that these is wrong) or sending my energy to other people but don;t know if that is my imagination .Ou and the part that you manipulate the emergi into a shield or a weapon from protection .Sow am i imagining all of this or is it realy true ?????

Somtimes I see sparks of light come out of thin air and out of nowhere

O I cota tell you when one day when I saw a spark of light it stads with
me for awhile I trailed in my room and it stoped right in front of my clock
and guess what my clock said 11:11 and other times it happened my clock
said 12:12..
