Hi 33yr young Indigo, hmmm, point of essence. Lets see, maybe its being or having an awareness in coming from the light. To be honest, helpful, do what is right inside, feeling intuned with God, or the source of light, the universe, or nature. Its like being a wide open book, that needs to be shielded. Its like being powerful yet very vulnerable at the same time. Its like being a wise old soul, but naive in moments. Alot of Indigos have had a very hard time in life, very painful past, but have learned alot and are still learning, but also have been gifted with many abilities and insights, but the true essence imo is knowing or being aware that we are apart of the light, something bigger than us. but there is a purpose or mission for us here.

Many Thanks to those who replied to my intro message yesterday, your warm welcome and responses are greatly appreciated.

I guess I should have expanded on my question yesterday. The Point of Essence, which is considered a "healing process devised for Adult Indigos" (this is a process I found in my research this weekend)....means a special cleansing of blocked energy in adult indigos.

Could anyone give me any ideas on how to rid myself of any karmic issues, life patterns, field attachments and/or energetic interference. Again I am very new.
