wow i love ur poems Hari
how old are u? can i ask?
These are just some poems I've written most were written sometime between 1 and 5 in the morning since sometimes I'll just wake up compelled to write something and this is what happens!
Lone wolf
~~~~
A wolf who howls alone
No pack to return to no place to call home
His sorrowfull cries are heard through the land
Devestated by the actions of a creature called man
The detroyed his leader, his lover, and his kin
They killed without remorse no second thought about their sin
They killed them all in some mad quest
Simply because his family had been deemed a pest
And though the wolf only howls the skies show his pain
As his sorrrowfull cry is heard it begins to rain
The Crow and The Dove
~~~~~
The dove pure and white
The crow mystic and dark
Though many people percieve
The crow has not heart
But a fact unknown by most
Is the heartless on is the dove
A creature so beautifull and delicate
Yet despises all feelings if love
And sadly they hate the crow
Who only yearns for love
And have an infatuation
With the cruel cold-hearted dove
I've tried to warn them about
The true intentions of the dove
But the won't beleive my claims
About the pure white bird they love
But as you can tell I claerly know
What about the true ideals
Of the bird white as snow
And now I wait 'till the day
When they to will forced to know
And while they side with the dove
I side with the crow

These are just a few I'll post more when I find my poems binder.

i "understand just about everything birds say"*ducks*
(sigh.. pun not intended..)
crows.. they look out for others. throw some bread out, sometimes they'll make a rush, usually they let the smaller birds eat first and call their friends and share what there is. if there's not much bread they will leave it for the hungrier birds.
or at least this is what i see.
the doves here coo endlessly about love.. "brother and sister.." like g@(*&$%#@ nazis they are, intolerant of those who don't live by their ideals. "get serious would ya.." like everyone's in a mandatory breeding program.
oc this is a generalisation, not a rule. i have met some very tender-hearted doves, and seen some hungry crows!i've only seen crows "really fighting" once.
crows usually remind me of sadhus.. homeless ascetic monks.. they pick up a piece of shiny paper and wave it around and say "hah! i've got the shiny thing! what difference does it make!"
"pick me!"

My Crow and Dove poem isn't literal it's more symbolic how something that seems beautifull and loving can have horrible intentions and in no way be as it seems, yet something dark and and seemingly evil can really be the 'good' one.

I just thought I'd add another poem so here you go
Bloody Mary
Poor little Miss Mary Mac
Got a knife stuck in her back
And even though Mary has died
She's still here but I'm not suprised
She loved the man who took her life,
Though he only caused her strife.
And now Mary haunts him every night
From evening dark to moarning light.
~~~~
And number two
Drowning
I'm drowning I can't breath
I'm getting pulled further under
I'm drowning I can't see
I morbidly start to wonder
I'm drowning I can't think
Is it my fault I'm drowning or is it theirs
I'm drowning and I can't feel
And nobody seems to care
I'm drowning but you still breath
It's your fault I'm here at all
I'm drowning but you still see
You eagerly awaited my fall
I'm drowning but you still think
Your voice taunts me as my spirit dies
I'm drowning but you still feel
This is all because of your lies
