stone alloys

its something i just thought about that it could be possible to mix stones in the same way that we mix metals, and that the resulting alloy might have some different properties from both original stones. i don't about precious stones like diamond,ruby,emeraudes, as if i don't mistakte they just burn if you heat them, but maybe if burning different precious stone in an empty of air space, and them in some manner make it become solid again, or maybe vaporize some other stone within or glass , which is in fact just sand which also comes from stones. what do you think could be nice alloys, like qwartz+marble or something like this=)

then pushing a bit more the idea:

let's think about how stones can interact with energy.

electricity can produce light,by making him go througt some thin metalic filament that can be 'focused' or 'diffused' by lens,which is made of glass, which is make of sand which comes from stones.

electricity can produce magnetism by making him go througt a metalic coil.and then magnetic waves can create back electricty while going thought 'antennas' , lorenz forces , telsa studies,radio communication etc.

brain produce electricity,and let now imagine that our brain might contain some 'device' that could act as a coils(spiral channeling ??) and transform electricty to magnetik waves and vice versa. i guess medicals IRM work a bit like this.

then if some lense could be used to 'focus' light energy, one could imagine that some materials could also be used to 'focus' magnetik energy , maybe like some magnet, and that could be used to 'focus' magnetik waves comming from the brain, maybe like some psychic parabolas or something like that.it might be something like a ball more than a parabol, maybe our brain can just be used as such a lens ...
(ever read 'sphere' by micheal crichton or seen the movie ?)
