Spiritual Awakening...Spiritual Healing

I experienced this, tonight.

Me and a couple close friends were meditating with the use of ambient music, candles, and fragrances. Also, just to let you know, a shaman I know told me about my past lives recently...and to say the least I have a very complicated "history". So, with my psychic mind, I looked into one of my past lives tonight very briefly, almost by accident, but I told myself to just let it be so I could experience whatever I need to experience. It was very disturbing. And then a couple things connected in my mind, and I became very frightened. Things that were missing in my knowledge of my past life. My friends saw the look on my face and they thought something was seriously wrong.

After a brief episode of negativity, I felt a white light come over me and I felt sheer truth. It was as if, everything in existence became truly real. I was no longer worried. Through this divine white light, I truly understood. I became whole. I experienced an unbelievable state of bliss. I can't even explain.

I then created balls of energy again, like I had previously in the night, to share with my friends. They said it was very strong, and it felt as if they had gotten shocked by lightening like in one of those star wars movies...I don't remember what the scene was in the movie because it's been YEARS since I've seen star wars. Anyways I thought it was pretty cool.

And then I got super super happy because I was being flooded with this white light. My friend told me he could feel my energy from across the room, so I went over to him put my hand on my friends brow chakra and channeled this white light without telling him what color the energy was. Keep in mind he very little experience in meditation and almost no knowldge of the chakra system. He then told me that it felt as if he was in a dark hallway, with small spots of color and then he felt white light rushing in and the darkness going away and being really happy.

So, after, I put my hand on his forehead again but channeled energy directly from my minds eye. It was very strong energy, and then I quickly felt a strong pulse in my head and snapped out of it, as did he. He then told me he had a flower on his forhead opening up. So as far as I understand, this represented the opening of his third eye. He had no previous knowledge of this, or what feeling an opening flower meant.

Anyways I just thought I would share this beautiful experience with you guys. It feels so good to write something out.

Anything can happen during meditation. I had a really awesome experience onetime and I felt much of the same way you are describing with the light and truth, but I was also getting floods of information about things I wanted to know, it was like being a wide open channel to this light. I think it is great you had this experience.

It's true. Meditation is a powerful tool. And I am glad you have had that experience as well.

And here have been so many things which had been worrying me in the back of my mind recently and it's as if everything became totally clear, and there is absolutely nothing to fear now.

thats exactly what happened to me, it was like I was getting all this energy or vibrations of information, I swear it lasted over an hour and at one point it felt as if my ears and head were vibrating too...I could feel the same kind of light you are talking about. It was awesome, its a healing experience really.
