Can I ever use the words "most" "few" or even "some" with certainty?

Since I have not met all 7 billion or so of the people on Earth, can I ever use the word "most" to describe the spiritual slumber of the people on this planet? Can I even use the word "some" since it is based on my own subjective perspective and not an absolute measure? It seems as though I can only describe behaviors, thoughts, and ideals in absence of these words if I want to keep my validity.

All you would have to do is change your words around, like, most people I know or have been around and then you can say it with certainty if you know what your talking about
